工裝工藝工裝維保工裝質(zhì)檢
崗位職責(zé)：
1. Develop “Tooling Photo ID Card” used for tooling receiving inspection. 制作“Tooling Photo ID Card”，用來指導(dǎo)工裝的入廠檢驗(yàn)。
2. Participate tooling design and be responsible for all the design items/features in terms of tooling quality control and inspection when company is in charge of the tooling design.當(dāng)公司負(fù)責(zé)工裝設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，參與工裝設(shè)計(jì)并負(fù)責(zé)所有工裝質(zhì)量控制和檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)的質(zhì)量特性。
3.Direct tooling inspector to generate a TIR when the tooling don’t meet the requirement and disposition the TIR including rework, submitting to customer disposition, use as is and scrap.當(dāng)工裝不滿足要求時(shí)指導(dǎo)工裝檢驗(yàn)員出TIR，并處置TIR，包括返修，傳客戶處置，原樣使用，報(bào)廢。
4. Maintain BTC current tooling procedures in terms of Tooling quality control and inspection.維護(hù)公司目前的有關(guān)工裝質(zhì)量控制和檢驗(yàn)的流程。
5 Design inspection fixture and inspection holding fixture as needed.當(dāng)需要時(shí)，設(shè)計(jì)檢具和檢驗(yàn)夾具。
6. Develop “Periodical Tooling Inspection Procedure” for both category II and III tooling and obtain customer approval for category II tooling.制作二類工裝和三類工裝的定期檢驗(yàn)流程，對(duì)于二類工裝需要獲得客戶批準(zhǔn)。
7. Coordinate related focal for category II tooling approval including data collection.協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行二類工裝的客戶認(rèn)證，包括數(shù)據(jù)搜集。
8. Participate new tooling try out process and solve problems in regard to quality control and inspection.參與新工裝試模過程，解決所有工裝質(zhì)量控制和檢驗(yàn)相關(guān)的問題。
9. Other duties or projects as assigned and required. 分配或要求的其他責(zé)任或任務(wù)。

任職要求：
1. Engineering University degree. More than 5 years’ experience on QE, ME or TE, preferably in the aviation manufacturing industry.工科本科學(xué)歷。五年以上工藝工程師，質(zhì)量工程師或工裝工程師經(jīng)驗(yàn)，航空制造業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. Tooling manufacture and design knowledge, composite fabrication and assembly basic knowledge. Aerospace Basic Technologies, AS9100.具備工裝制造和設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)，復(fù)材制造和裝配的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，航空基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，AS9100。
3. Sufficient Knowledge of the company’s Tooling control process.充分了解公司工裝管理過程。
4. Good English reading and writing skills. 良好的英語讀寫能力。
2. Tooling manufacture and design knowledge, composite fabrication and assembly basic knowledge. Aerospace Basic Technologies, AS9100.具備工裝制造和設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)，復(fù)材制造和裝配的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，航空基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，AS9100。
3. Sufficient Knowledge of the company’s Tooling control process.充分了解公司工裝管理過程。
4. Good English reading and writing skills. 良好的英語讀寫能力。
