Duties & Responsibilities

1. Master Schedule Management 主計(jì)劃管理
Lead the team to create, maintain, and manage the Master Production
Schedule in the ERP system to achieve On-Time Delivery and FG inventory goals.

2. Dynamic Scheduling & Adjustment 動(dòng)態(tài)排程與調(diào)整
Direct the team to adjust production schedules in response to demand
changes and resource constraints (material, capacity, equipment); optimize work
order scheduling and control WIP levels.
指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)根據(jù)需求變化和資源限制（物料、產(chǎn)能、設(shè)備）調(diào)整生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃；優(yōu)化工單排程并控制在線庫(kù)存水平。
3. Cross-functional Coordination 跨部門協(xié)調(diào)
Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure schedule
implementation and support key activities like Engineering Changes.
與所有相關(guān)部門協(xié)調(diào)，確保計(jì)劃執(zhí)行，并支持工程變更等關(guān)鍵活動(dòng)。
4. Information & Communication 信息與溝通
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information and manage the
feedback loop for key messages.

5. Continuous Improvement 持續(xù)改進(jìn)
Drive process improvements using Lean concepts, seek efficient and
cost-effective solutions to enhance team performance.

1. Bachelor degree majored in business management, minimum 10 years production control experience in multi-cultural environment, minimum 10 years professional management experience.
大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷，主修工商管理，跨國(guó)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)10年以上，生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn)10年以上。
2. Have the knowledge of MRP, MRPII and production control field.
具備MRP, MRPII 以及生產(chǎn)管理領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)知識(shí)。
3. Skillful in ERP or SAP system and in office software. Good communication skills and Fluent English.
熟練使用ERP或SAP 系統(tǒng),以及熟練使用辦公自動(dòng)化軟件。具備良好的溝通能力和流利的英語。
4. At least two years in a manager or similar position.
擔(dān)任經(jīng)理或其他相當(dāng)職務(wù)兩年以上。
