This position will be responsible for重點(diǎn)負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)容
· 渠道戰(zhàn)略與拓展: 制定并執(zhí)行經(jīng)銷商渠道發(fā)展策略,負(fù)責(zé)新經(jīng)銷商的開發(fā)、談判與簽約,重點(diǎn)拓展高端家居賣場(如紅星美凱龍、居然之家)、A類購物中心及高端百貨(如萬象城、SKP) 的優(yōu)質(zhì)合作伙伴。
Develop and execute distributor channel strategies. Be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and onboarding new distributors, with a focus on securing premium partners in high-end home furnishing malls (e.g., Red Star Macalline, Easyhome) and Grade-A shopping centers/department stores (e.g., MixC, SKP).
· 資源管理與優(yōu)化: 系統(tǒng)化管理現(xiàn)有經(jīng)銷商網(wǎng)絡(luò),提供全方位支持,提升單店產(chǎn)出與渠道效率,確保銷售目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
Systematically manage the existing distributor network, provide comprehensive support to enhance per-store productivity and channel efficiency, ensuring sales targets are met.
· 市場與銷售支持: 策劃并落地區(qū)域市場活動(dòng),為經(jīng)銷商提供產(chǎn)品、銷售及營銷培訓(xùn),協(xié)同提升終端競爭力。
Plan and execute regional marketing activities. Provide product, sales, and marketing training to distributors to jointly enhance retail competitiveness.
· 數(shù)據(jù)分析與洞察: 監(jiān)控市場動(dòng)態(tài)、競品信息及銷售數(shù)據(jù),定期提供分析報(bào)告與 actionable 建議,驅(qū)動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)持續(xù)增長。
Monitor market trends, competitor intelligence, and sales data. Provide regular analytical reports and actionable recommendations to drive continuous business growth.
Qualifications 核心要求
· 必備經(jīng)驗(yàn)與資源 (Mandatory Experience & Resources)
- 年齡40周歲以內(nèi),擁有 5年以上家電或高端家居/家具行業(yè)的經(jīng)銷商管理或渠道拓展經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
Age under 40, minimum 5 years of experience in distributor management or channel development within the home appliance or high-end home furnishings/furniture industry.
- 具備成熟的經(jīng)銷商資源網(wǎng)絡(luò),特別是在以下任一領(lǐng)域有成功合作案例:
1. 高端外資家電品牌(如:戴森 Dyson、飛利浦 Philips、松下 Panasonic)。
2. 知名家居/寢具品牌(如:絲漣 Serta、金可兒 Kingkoil、顧家家居 KUKa)。
3. 健康電器/按摩器具行業(yè)(如:奧佳華 OGAWA、榮泰 RONGTAI)。
Possess an established network of distributor resources, with proven successful cases in at least one of the following sectors:
1. Premium international home appliance brands (e.g., Dyson, Philips, Panasonic).
2. Well-known home furnishings/mattress brands (e.g., Serta, Kingkoil, KUKa).
3. Health appliance/massage device industry (e.g., OGAWA, RONGTAI).
· 渠道能力要求(Channel Capability Requirements)
- 理解并擁有在 紅星美凱龍、居然之家 等全國性連鎖家居賣場,以及 萬象城、太古里、SKP 等高端商業(yè)體拓展及運(yùn)營品牌的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
In-depth understanding and practical experience in expanding and operating brand presence within national home furnishing chains (e.g., Red Star Macalline, Easyhome) and high-end commercial complexes (e.g., MixC, Taikoo Li, SKP).
Competencies & Qualifications:
· 本科及以上學(xué)歷,主修銷售類/工商管理/營銷/市場學(xué)科優(yōu)先
Bachelor degree with sales/marketing/advertising major preferred
· 優(yōu)秀的交際能力,善于和經(jīng)銷商及供應(yīng)商溝通,有管理溝通經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
Excellent social and communication skills, good to know how to manage vendors and dealers, preference to have experience of sales projects.
· 卓越的商務(wù)談判、溝通與人際關(guān)系構(gòu)建能力,能適應(yīng)高頻出差。
Excellent business negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills, able to adapt to frequent travel
· 有如下工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先:
Candidate with prior experiences below will be preferred.
- 小家電品牌如戴森、飛利浦、云鯨等品牌;高客單價(jià)品牌如奢侈品、海藍(lán)之謎等品牌;家居類品牌如絲漣等品牌;汽車類品牌如奔馳、寶馬等。
Work brand as these categories: Dyson, Philips, YunJing; Lamer; Sealy; Mercedes Benz, BMW etc.

Good at measure and track the effectiveness of the activities, and builds conclusions for robust sales activation plan.

Analysis and recommendations to improve ROI in marketing investment plan.
