職位概述
前期質(zhì)量工程師(AQE)作為項(xiàng)目開發(fā)及產(chǎn)業(yè)化階段所有產(chǎn)品與過程質(zhì)量活動的質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)人。該崗位向企業(yè)質(zhì)量部匯報(bào),與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理、技術(shù)負(fù)責(zé)人緊密協(xié)作,確保從概念設(shè)計(jì)到量產(chǎn)啟動(SOP)的全流程中,所有客戶、內(nèi)部及法規(guī)質(zhì)量要求均有效融入設(shè)計(jì)與制造過程。前期質(zhì)量工程師需保障新產(chǎn)品一次開發(fā)成功,支持產(chǎn)品平穩(wěn)轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)符合 IATF 16949 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及客戶特定要求的穩(wěn)定、合規(guī)、可靠的質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)。
核心職責(zé)
1. 項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量主導(dǎo)
作為質(zhì)量職能代表加入項(xiàng)目核心團(tuán)隊(duì),主導(dǎo)所有質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作。
參與報(bào)價(jià)及可行性評審,提供質(zhì)量成本、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及資源相關(guān)輸入。
基于客戶及公司目標(biāo),制定并跟蹤項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量目標(biāo)與指標(biāo)。
主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量先期策劃(APQP)流程,確保所有質(zhì)量交付物按時(shí)完成。
2. 設(shè)計(jì)與驗(yàn)證質(zhì)量管控
與研發(fā)及技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,落地質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)(DFQ)、可制造性設(shè)計(jì)(DFM)、可靠性設(shè)計(jì)(DFR)原則。
主導(dǎo)設(shè)計(jì)失效模式及后果分析(DFMEA)、過程失效模式及后果分析(PFMEA)、控制計(jì)劃、測量系統(tǒng)分析(MSA)、統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制(SPC)、設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃與報(bào)告(DVP&R)等文件的編制與維護(hù)。
制定并驗(yàn)證檢驗(yàn)與測量方法,審核并批準(zhǔn)檢具、自動光學(xué)檢測 / 自動視覺檢測(AOI/AVI)系統(tǒng)及測試工裝。
規(guī)劃并協(xié)調(diào)產(chǎn)品驗(yàn)證測試,確保在客戶批準(zhǔn)及量產(chǎn)前完成合規(guī)性確認(rèn)。
3.供應(yīng)商及過程就緒管理
與供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量、制造工程團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作,保障供應(yīng)商及過程能力達(dá)標(biāo)。
主導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)件批準(zhǔn)程序(PPAP)提交及過程驗(yàn)證,符合 IATF 16949 要求。
開展或參與體系、過程及產(chǎn)品審核,驗(yàn)證過程穩(wěn)定性與受控性。
4.問題管理與持續(xù)改進(jìn)
采用結(jié)構(gòu)化方法(8D、根本原因糾正措施 RCCA、六西格瑪 DMAIC)跟蹤并推動質(zhì)量問題閉環(huán)。
直接對接客戶處理質(zhì)量事宜,包括需求溝通、問題解決、文件提交及審批跟進(jìn)。
總結(jié)并分享開發(fā)階段經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),推動持續(xù)改進(jìn)。
支持公司質(zhì)量體系優(yōu)化及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控相關(guān)專項(xiàng)工作。
任職要求
1.機(jī)械、電子、光學(xué)、制造或相關(guān)工程領(lǐng)域本科及以上學(xué)歷。
2.至少 5 年質(zhì)量工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中含 2 年及以上汽車行業(yè)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入(NPI)或先期質(zhì)量相關(guān)崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3.精通 IATF 16949、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC 及結(jié)構(gòu)化問題解決方法。
4.具備與整車廠(OEM)/ 一級供應(yīng)商(Tier-1)對接及支持客戶審核的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5.優(yōu)秀的溝通、分析能力及跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。
6.普通話及英語流利,掌握其他語言者優(yōu)先。

Position Title: Advanced Quality Engineer (NPI / Project Development – Automotive)
Department: Corporate Quality
Reports To: Corporate Quality Manager
Matrix Collaboration: Project Manager, Technical Lead, R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Control and others
Role Overview
The Advanced Quality Engineer (AQE) serves as the quality lead for all product and process quality activities during the project development and industrialization stage.
Reporting to Corporate Quality, the AQE works closely with the Project Manager and Technical Lead to ensure all customer, internal, and regulatory quality requirements are effectively built into the design and manufacturing process from concept through SOP (Start of Production).
The AQE ensures new products are developed right the first time, supporting a smooth transition to production with stable, compliant, and reliable quality performance in accordance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1 | Project Quality Leadership
Represent the Quality function in the project core team, providing leadership on all quality-related activities.
Participate in quotation and feasibility reviews, providing quality cost, risk, and resource input.
Define and track project quality objectives and metrics based on customer and corporate targets.
Lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and ensure all quality deliverables are completed on time.
2 | Design and Validation Quality
Collaborate with R&D and Technical teams to apply Design for Quality (DFQ), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Design for Reliability (DFR) principles.
Lead preparation and maintenance of DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and DVP&R documentation.
Define and verify inspection and measurement methods; review and approve gauges, AOI/AVI systems, and test fixtures.
Plan and coordinate product validation testing to confirm compliance before customer approval and SOP.
3 | Supplier and Process Readiness
Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure supplier and process capability readiness.
Lead PPAP submissions and process validation in line with IATF 16949 requirements.
Conduct or participate in system, process, and product audits to verify process stability and control.
4 | Issue Management and Continuous Improvement
Track and drive closure of quality issues using structured methods (8D, RCCA, DMAIC).
Interface directly with customers on quality topics—requirements, issue resolution, documentation, and approval.
Capture and share lessons learned from development phases for continual improvement.
Support corporate initiatives for quality system enhancement and risk reduction.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Optics, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of quality experience, including ≥ 2 years in automotive NPI or Advanced Quality roles.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and structured problem-solving.
Experience interfacing with OEM/Tier-1 customers and supporting customer audits.
Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Proficient in Mandarin and English; additional languages are an asset.
