職位描述

工業(yè)自動(dòng)化
崗位職責(zé)：
1、能獨(dú)立制定設(shè)備質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和測(cè)試計(jì)劃，針對(duì)設(shè)備驗(yàn)收需求，提前規(guī)劃對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)試條件和測(cè)試方法，可以對(duì)關(guān)鍵物料質(zhì)量要求識(shí)別，或者委外質(zhì)量要求的識(shí)別，出貨質(zhì)量要求的識(shí)別，并跟蹤管理，制定質(zhì)量控制計(jì)劃；
2、推進(jìn)DFMEA在設(shè)計(jì)策劃中管控工作，提出問(wèn)題并對(duì)問(wèn)題定期（每周/每月）跟蹤關(guān)閉；
3、組織客戶投訴問(wèn)題的原因分析，協(xié)助制定改進(jìn)措施并對(duì)效果進(jìn)行跟蹤；
4、定期對(duì)質(zhì)量相關(guān)要求培訓(xùn)或宣導(dǎo)，來(lái)料/過(guò)程/出貨部門內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)的整合，并制定月度報(bào)告，對(duì)薄弱環(huán)節(jié)開(kāi)展有計(jì)劃的預(yù)防工作，如培訓(xùn)/考試或者活動(dòng)等方式；
5、完成上級(jí)指派的其他事務(wù)。
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2、有至少3年非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3、有一定的邏輯思維能力和分析能力，會(huì)使用工具DFMEA/8D/CPK/MSA/SPC等數(shù)據(jù)/記錄跟蹤分析；
