崗位職責(zé):
1、按時(shí)到崗,接受主管分配的任務(wù)。
2、做好所轄區(qū)域環(huán)境、物品設(shè)備、餐具用具的衛(wèi)生清潔工作。
3、做好開(kāi)餐前的各項(xiàng)準(zhǔn)備工作,及時(shí)按要求補(bǔ)充各種物品。
4、按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和要求,規(guī)范擺臺(tái),布置餐廳,了解預(yù)定及菜品酒水信息。
5、按照餐廳規(guī)定的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和程序細(xì)心周到地做好各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)(如迎客、點(diǎn)菜、巡臺(tái)、起菜、買單、送客等)的對(duì)客服務(wù)工作。

5. Provide meticulous and considerate guest service in all aspects (such as greeting guests, taking orders, table checking, serving dishes, settling bills, and seeing guests off) in accordance with the service standards and procedures of the restaurant.
