1. 市場(chǎng)開拓:深耕北京及周邊市場(chǎng),主動(dòng)挖掘企業(yè)工作服租賃需求,開發(fā)新客戶資源,完成銷售目標(biāo)。
  
2. 方案定制:根據(jù)不同客戶的行業(yè)特性、企業(yè)文化及員工需求,定制專業(yè)的工作服租賃解決方案,包括款式、面料選擇、租賃方案規(guī)劃等。
  
3. 行業(yè)深耕:持續(xù)關(guān)注行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)及企業(yè)發(fā)展,及時(shí)掌握客戶采購計(jì)劃與潛在需求,提供前瞻性服務(wù)。
  
4. 市場(chǎng)洞察:分析區(qū)域市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì),反饋客戶需求及市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),協(xié)助公司優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品、價(jià)格及服務(wù)策略。
  
任職要求
  
1. 經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求:2-5年以上銷售工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉北京及周邊的企業(yè)資源;有工作服租賃、企業(yè)服務(wù)類銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
  
2. 資源優(yōu)勢(shì):擁有工業(yè),制造業(yè)客戶資源或人脈關(guān)系,能快速對(duì)接目標(biāo)客戶決策層更佳。
  
3. 能力要求:具備出色的市場(chǎng)分析、商務(wù)談判及客戶需求挖掘能力;擅長(zhǎng)獨(dú)立制定銷售計(jì)劃并高效推進(jìn)執(zhí)行;熟練使用辦公軟件,可完成銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析、方案制作。
