崗位職責(zé): Responsibilities: 1. 按照公司銷售系統(tǒng)的整體運(yùn)營(yíng)計(jì)劃, 協(xié)助拓展海外市場(chǎng)。 Follow up company sales and market develop plan and help to develop international market. 根據(jù)公司的實(shí)際情況,制定和貫徹完整的營(yíng)銷策略,對(duì)公司產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格設(shè)定提出建議。 Design a comprehensive marketing strategy according to company needs and implement this strategy. Give suggestions for setting product prices. 2. 開(kāi)拓海外市場(chǎng),開(kāi)展銷售活動(dòng),包括尋找銷售機(jī)會(huì)、拜訪/致電客戶以了解需求、制定技術(shù)解決方案和商務(wù)報(bào)價(jià)并與客戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)和商務(wù)交流、銷售談判、完成合同與訂單 Expand overseas market and conduct sales activities, including finding out sales opportunities, visiting/calling customers to understand their needs, preparing and discussing technical solutions and commercial quotations with customers, and sales negotiating & closing. 3. 依據(jù)公司整體銷售目標(biāo),提交銷售計(jì)劃方案,監(jiān)督實(shí)施銷售全過(guò)程,解決各項(xiàng)問(wèn)題,完成銷售任務(wù),并對(duì)銷售的總體費(fèi)用進(jìn)行控制 Compose solid and well-structured sales plan according to the company’s sales target. Follow up each project until final fulfillment and tackle all problems incurred during the whole project process. Have a control on the overall costs. 4. 建立、健全各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,推動(dòng)公司海外市場(chǎng)銷售系統(tǒng)管理的規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化和不斷進(jìn)步 Help to establish company system especially for international market and improve the management of sales system. 5. 組織對(duì)公司客戶的售后服務(wù),與技術(shù)部聯(lián)絡(luò)以取得必要的技術(shù)支持 Organize the after-sales service for the company and get necessary technical support from Engineering Department. 6. 負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)涉及海外市場(chǎng)活動(dòng)的各種關(guān)系 Coordinate all kinds of relationship regarding international market sales and marketing. 7. 組織公司產(chǎn)品和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品在海外市場(chǎng)上銷售情況的調(diào)查 Collect, sort out and report intelligence/information, especially those of international market competitors.
任職要求: Qualifications: 1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、分析化學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè); Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing and analytical chemical engineering etc.; 2. 3年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),有一定的客戶資源沉淀; At least 3 years of sales experience in relative field and have some customer resources; 3. 具備優(yōu)秀的時(shí)間與計(jì)劃管理能力、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、組織協(xié)調(diào)能力; Good time management, leadership, coordination and high ability in work arrangement; 4. 具有良好的溝通能力、判斷力、社交能力; Good communication skills, judgment and social skills. 5. 英文聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫熟練; Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 6. 具有較強(qiáng)的系統(tǒng)思維能力、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)意識(shí)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力、成本意識(shí)和成本控制能力。 Have strong systematic thinking ability, risk awareness and risk control ability, cost awareness and cost control ability.
