職責(zé)描述：
1，控制并協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全環(huán)境健康管理工作.
2，獨(dú)立完成現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與安全環(huán)境健康有關(guān)的文檔，編制安全計(jì)劃和程序、緊急事件處理程序、整改通知書(shū)、事故調(diào)查、安全周報(bào)及月報(bào)等；
3，進(jìn)行深入統(tǒng)計(jì)分析
4，進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估，做好相關(guān)安全措施以確保施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全，；
5，安全檢查服務(wù)的主要聯(lián)系人；
6，談判和管理健康，安全和環(huán)境預(yù)算
7，直接向現(xiàn)場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理匯報(bào)，完成上司交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。

崗位要求
1，相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷；
2，15年以上在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全環(huán)境健康管理工作，有外資企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先考慮；
3，熟悉大中型項(xiàng)目的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工、安裝及調(diào)試期間的安全管理工作；
4，具有安全員證書(shū)、工程師相關(guān)證書(shū)的優(yōu)先；
5，能熟練操作常用辦公軟件，具備良好的英文水平；
6，具有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感，良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；

Job Description:
Develop and manage HSE progress on site
In charge of the documents, plans, procedures and reports of health, safety and environmental systems
Conduct in-depth statistical analyses
Assess the risk of the workplace, and make a related safety measures to ensure the safety of the construction site
Be the main contact for inspection services
Negotiate and manage the health, safety and environment budget
Report to the project manager and do other work assigned
Job Requirement:
bachelor's degree or above, related major
15 year-experience in HSE, Foreign company working experience is preferred
Familiar with the safety management during the construction, installation and commissioning of large or medium sized projects.
Safety officer certificate, engineer certificate is preferred.
Familiar with office software and good in English
Ability to work independently, excellent team-work spirit
