Job Responsibilities:
? Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients in cross-border e-commerce and export trading industries.
? Provide comprehensive logistics solutions, including quotation, booking coordination, customs clearance, and overseas delivery services.
? Proactively address client requirements, manage payment collection processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster client retention.
? Collaborate closely with operations, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure seamless order execution and service delivery.
? Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and performance-driven activities.
Compensation Structure:
? Competitive remuneration package comprising base salary, performance-based bonuses, monthly commissions, and year-end incentives.
? Monthly income typically ranges from RMB 8,000 to 25,000, with top performers consistently earning over RMB 30,000 per month.
? A transparent and highly competitive incentive mechanism is in place, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
? Year-end bonuses of up to RMB 200,000 or more are available, ensuring exceptional contributions are duly recognized and rewarded.
