Responsibilities工作職責(zé)：

monitor & control the EMS/BMS systems, response the alarm and take
corrective action, reporting and updates the information, logbook recording
and management.
2. 保持對(duì)潔凈系統(tǒng)和潔凈室的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)的持續(xù)監(jiān)控，報(bào)警響應(yīng)，糾正和預(yù)防措施，確保關(guān)鍵參數(shù)均在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)范圍內(nèi)其符合GMP的要求。比如溫濕度，壓差，微生物，塵埃粒子和其他根據(jù)重要性的分析評(píng)估被定義為的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)。Keep monitoring and controlling the key parameters for clean

3. 嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行設(shè)備日常巡檢及預(yù)防性維護(hù)，在日志中記錄各項(xiàng)參數(shù)及發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。Strictly carry out equipment daily inspection, record all parameters
or findings in logbook.
4. 動(dòng)力設(shè)備日常切換及故障處理，應(yīng)急情況的設(shè)備緊急啟動(dòng)，包括電力系統(tǒng)和公用系統(tǒng)。Power supply equipment routine switch and fault handling and emergency
start actions operation, including the electric system and utility system.
5. 執(zhí)行工廠內(nèi)電氣系統(tǒng)，暖通空調(diào)，公用系統(tǒng)，潔凈室和冷庫(kù)日常巡檢、預(yù)防性，維護(hù)保養(yǎng)工作。Implement the routine inspection, preventative maintenance and

7. 日常的化學(xué)品溶液配置，軟化床加鹽，設(shè)備及管道表面清潔，按規(guī)定周期進(jìn)行前處理及反滲透裝置消毒，按規(guī)定周期進(jìn)行純化水儲(chǔ)罐及循環(huán)管路消毒，按規(guī)定周期更換過(guò)濾器及紫外燈等耗材，協(xié)助QC取水樣等。Routine chemical solution preparation, re-filling of industrial salt
for softener, Clean on the pipes and equipment surface, Carry out sanitation
on the pre-treatment and RO units as scheduled, Carry out sterilization on

of wastewater system, ensure continuous operation of wastewater system,
wastewater treatment and compliance discharge.
9. 負(fù)責(zé)樓宇自控系統(tǒng)，EMS系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備，儀表，控制器，執(zhí)行器，傳感器，電氣部件等的日常維護(hù)和故障排查。Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of building automation
system, EMS system, instruments, controllers, actuators, sensors, electrical
components, etc.
10. 監(jiān)督第三方服務(wù)供應(yīng)商的對(duì)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行維護(hù)活動(dòng)，確保系統(tǒng)（設(shè)備）按照有關(guān)的程序和GMP法規(guī)進(jìn)行有效合理的維護(hù)。確保關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)和設(shè)備始終處于符合規(guī)范的狀態(tài)。Supervise the 3rd party service provider for system operation and
maintain, ensure systems (equipment) are maintained in an appropriate way by
following relevant procedures and GMP regulations. Make sure critical systems
and equipment being maintained in qualified status all the time.
11. 支持項(xiàng)目改造活動(dòng)，在機(jī)械相關(guān)的要求方面可以提出相關(guān)的技術(shù)規(guī)范要求，和接受的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，比如設(shè)備，管道的材質(zhì)要求，關(guān)鍵機(jī)械部件的選型，設(shè)備的安裝規(guī)范和運(yùn)行性能滿足的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Support project transformation activities, in terms of
machinery-related requirements including the relevant technical
specifications requirements, and accepted standards, such as equipment,
piping material requirements, the selection of key mechanical components,
equipment installation specifications and operational performance to meet the
standards.
12. 確保相關(guān)的方面符合集團(tuán)的指令要求和當(dāng)?shù)胤ㄒ?guī)。Ensuring compliance
with corporate directives and local laws and regulations where appropriate.
13. 負(fù)責(zé)公用及空調(diào)系統(tǒng)可靠性提高，保持持續(xù)改進(jìn)在節(jié)能方面達(dá)成節(jié)能目標(biāo)。Responsible for utility & HVAC system’s reliability improvement, keep continuous improvement on energy
saving project to meet energy saving target.
14. 部門(mén)主管交辦的其他事項(xiàng)Other tasks assigned by head of department.
15. 確保所有暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和潔凈公用系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的任務(wù)均符合質(zhì)量，安全和衛(wèi)生的要求。Ensure all HVAC system, clean utility system related tasks are in

16. 維持所有設(shè)備的5S管理，包括但不僅限于公用設(shè)備，暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備等。To maintain the good
5S conditions for all machinery, include but not limited to utility
equipment, HVAC equipment etc.
17. 負(fù)責(zé)并確保自有證書(shū)的復(fù)審，確保所有證書(shū)和資質(zhì)有效。Responsible own
certification’s review process and ensure all the certifications are valid.
18. 完成直線經(jīng)理交辦的其他工作。Other tasks assigned
by line manager.

Required
Knowledge and Skills職位要求：
1. 有2~3年廠務(wù)設(shè)施設(shè)備維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2~3 years experience
in facility maintenance.
2. 有使用MS Office辦公軟件，Excel,, Word的經(jīng)驗(yàn).Experience with MS Office tools s.a. Excel,
Powerpoint, Word.
3. 熟悉空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和潔凈公用系統(tǒng)的工作原理，了解系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。Familiar with HVAC and
CU system operation principles, understanding of HVAC system design.
