Responsibility:
 1. Workday data maintenance.
 2. Workday PM/iPaaS sync/HR operation cases handling.
 3. Workday adoption project enrollment.
 4. Stakeholder service management.
 5. Training for Junior members.
 Requirement:
 1. Advanced Japanese language skill in both oral and written.
 2. Good English language skill in written.
 3. Good Excel, Access SQL, Power automate Skill.
 4. 2 years+ HR System related work experience(Workday is preferred) or HR SSC/Operation experience.
 5. Nice to have the project management experience for system implementation/ migration.
 6. Nice to have Excel VBA skill.
 7. Customer service mindset and good communication skills.
