西門子電氣設備PLC汽車研發(fā)/制造
Responsibilities:
崗位職責：
1. Program, debug, and optimize PLC systems for truck painting lines, ensuring stability;
負責卡車涂裝生產(chǎn)線的PLC程序編寫、調(diào)試與優(yōu)化，確保系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行；
2. Configure Profinet/Profisafe networks; program fail-safe PLCs (STO, safety modules) and debug G120 series VFDs;
配置Profinet/Profisafe網(wǎng)絡，完成安全PLC編程（STO、安全模塊）及G120系列變頻器調(diào)試；
3. Collaborate with mechanical teams to troubleshoot sensors (pressure, photoelectric, flow meters) and optimize electrical performance;
協(xié)同機械團隊處理傳感器（壓力、光電、流量計等）信號傳輸問題，優(yōu)化設備電氣性能；
4. Provide on-site installation technical support, training, and technical documentation.
支持現(xiàn)場安裝、培訓及技術文檔編寫。
Qualifications:
任職資格：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred;
本科及以上學歷，電氣工程、自動化等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 5+ years of PLC/electromechanical experience; proficient in Siemens TIA Portal with S7-1500 (600+ I/O) programming;
5年以上PLC及機電經(jīng)驗，精通西門子TIA Portal，具備S7-1500（600+ I/O點）項目編程能力；
3.Familiar with SCL/Graph languages; knowledge of Prodiag, Profinet/Profisafe is a plus;
熟悉SCL/Graph語言，掌握Prodiag、工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)協(xié)議（Profinet/Profisafe）者優(yōu)先；
4.Skilled in sensor/VFD principles and safety module configuration;
了解傳感器、變頻器工作原理，具備安全模塊配置經(jīng)驗；
5.Fluent in English.
