Lead the establishment of the overseas sales management system, formulate standardized international sales management systems, customer classification rules, and sales incentive policies, and promote their implementation and iterative optimization.
Be responsible for the operational management of the overseas sales team, including sales target decomposition, performance tracking, and channel control, to ensure the achievement of international business indicators.
Analyze overseas regional market data, adjust sales strategies based on competitor dynamics, and resolve cross-regional sales collaboration issues.
Lead business negotiation and relationship maintenance with overseas clients, coordinate internal and external resources to address client needs and complaints.
Compile international sales operation reports and report business progress, policy implementation effects, and optimization suggestions to the management team.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Marketing or related majors; 5+ years of experience in overseas sales or sales operations management, with cross-border B2B business experience preferred.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, with English as a working language; capable of independently drafting English system documents, conducting business negotiations and cross-cultural communication.
Professional Competence: Proven experience in designing sales systems and incentive policies; familiar with overseas market expansion processes and channel management logic; proficient in data analysis and able to drive policy optimization through data insights.
Comprehensive Abilities: Strong overall planning, coordination and cross-departmental communication skills; excellent pressure resistance; willing to travel overseas frequently.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in foreign trade, manufacturing or bulk commodity industries; holding relevant certifications such as International Trade Document Specialist or Foreign Salesperson.
