英語生產(chǎn)性采購間接采購非生產(chǎn)性采購
Responsibilities and Main Tasks:
1. Purchase material and service with competitive price and within company cost budget.
2. Assure safe and flexible supply chain to fulfill AT&S SHA and customer request.
3. Plant-relevant suppliers’ phase in and phase out which is complied with Procurement policy.
4. Performance rating for plant-relevant suppliers with commodity team together.
5. Conclusion of Plant-relevant contracts, negotiations with suppliers on prices and terms.
6. Lead and develop SHA purchasing team with strong leadership.
7. Reporting of SHA purchasing management KPI.
8. Define strategy of cost saving PPV&MCP with Indirect commodity team together and implement it.
9. Define strategy of Material DIO and inventory and execute it.
10. Plant purchasing process is continuously improved and consistent with Group&BU guideline.
Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Electronics or other related subjects with working experience ＞ 10 years.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar team management position.
3. Fluent written and oral English.
4. IT skills: MS Office package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP (MM module).
5. Excellent negotiation skills.
6. Good and effective communication skills.
7. Strong leardership to lead people from a disciplinary and functional point of view.
8. Analytical skills with experience in data analysis and business process improvements.
