西門子PLC汽車研發(fā)/制造
職位職責(zé)：
1. Responsible for hot forming line, automation and others welding assembly equipment control PLC programming& electrical problems solving and analysis(PLC&Automation aspect).
負(fù)責(zé)熱成型線，自動(dòng)化設(shè)備和焊裝設(shè)備的PLC程序和電氣故障排除和分析。
2. Responsible for the spare parts planning and cost control.
負(fù)責(zé)備件計(jì)劃和成本管控。
3. Providing problems reason analysis and preventive methods.
提供故障原因分析并制定預(yù)防措施。
4. Responsible for schedule and implement the PM(preventative maintenance).
負(fù)責(zé)PM計(jì)劃制定及實(shí)施工作。
5. Give training to the maintenance technicians.
對(duì)維修技師進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。
6. Support maintenance technician to do the trouble shooting.
為技師排除故障提供技術(shù)支持。
7. Report the big downtime and give the longterm improve actions.
對(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停機(jī)故障完成報(bào)告，提出長(zhǎng)期改進(jìn)方法。
8. Solution for the repetitive fault of machine.
制定重復(fù)性故障停機(jī)解決措施。
9. Electrical drawing's archive and updating.
電氣資料備份及更新工作。
10. Machine rebuilding and optimizatioin.
設(shè)備大修技改工作。
11. Support on the new equipment installation and commissioning(including new production line planning and acceptance).
支持新設(shè)備安裝調(diào)試工作（包括新生產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃和驗(yàn)收工作）。
12. controling maintenace cost.
維修成本管控工作。
13. Other tasks assigned by head of department.
部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其它工作。

14.Understand and comply with execution the requirements of the ISO50001\ISO14001\ISO45001\two combination\green plant\safety production standardization construction and IATF16949 system
了解并配合執(zhí)行ISO50001\ISO14001\ISO45001\兩化融合\綠色工廠\安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)及IATF16949體系的相關(guān)規(guī)定與要求”。
15.1.Responsible for planning and implementing safety, occupational health and environment protection management, and support manpower and material resources in order to support team complete target under the support of EHS team.
識(shí)別并貫徹執(zhí)行與本人業(yè)務(wù)工作相關(guān)的國(guó)家和天津市有關(guān)環(huán)境、健康、安全管理的法律、法規(guī)和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及海斯坦普天津分公司和海斯坦普集團(tuán)總部的EHS規(guī)定、安全操作規(guī)程，不斷提高環(huán)境、健康、安全意識(shí)和EHS操作技能。
了解并配合執(zhí)行ISO50001\ISO14001\ISO45001\兩化融合\綠色工廠\安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)及IATF16949體系的相關(guān)規(guī)定與要求”。

任職要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electronic Automation or related specialty.
本科以上學(xué)歷，電氣自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè)。
2. Basic experience in Auto manufacturing Welding and pressing environment.
具備自動(dòng)焊接生產(chǎn)線和沖壓機(jī)床方面的基本工作經(jīng)歷。
3. Manufacturing and welding& pressing field more than 5 years in auto industry.
汽車行業(yè)自動(dòng)焊接和沖壓機(jī)床領(lǐng)域5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4. Oral and written English skills required.
英文具備口頭和書寫能力。
5. Knowledge of Servo Drive.
具備伺服系統(tǒng)方面的知識(shí)。
6. Familiar with ABB or KUKA robot ,can manipulate, troubleshoot and program robot used for welding(arc welding and spot welding), plasma cutting and handling.
熟悉ABB或KUKA機(jī)器人，能夠熟悉操作，具備焊接（弧焊和點(diǎn)焊）、等離子切割機(jī)等生產(chǎn)線機(jī)器人的故障排除能力。
7. Familiar with Siemens S7 PLC system programing and troubleshoot, Simotion P is preferred.
熟悉西門子S7 PLC 系統(tǒng)編程和問(wèn)題查找，更好掌握Simotion P的應(yīng)用。
8. Familiar with Siemens HMI software( WinCC Flexible, Protool).
熟悉西門子HMI 軟件（WinCC Flexible，Protool）。
9. Familiar with TPM, lean manufacture tools.
熟悉TPM，LEAN 等制造領(lǐng)域管理工作。
本科以上學(xué)歷，電氣自動(dòng)化相關(guān)專業(yè)。
