工藝設(shè)計工藝驗證安裝/調(diào)試通用設(shè)備制造金屬制品業(yè)汽車研發(fā)/制造
職位概述：負(fù)責(zé)壓套組裝工序工藝。根據(jù)生產(chǎn)狀況維護(hù)過程工藝穩(wěn)定性，并制定相關(guān)管理流程和文件。
Responsible for the assembly process of the crimping set. Maintain process stability according to production conditions and develop relevant management procedures and documentation.。
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 為旨在提高生產(chǎn)率的持續(xù)改進(jìn)工作提供技術(shù)知識
Provide technical expertise for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity
2.協(xié)助識別新材料、方法和工具，以改進(jìn)當(dāng)前的流程和/或設(shè)備。
Assist in identifying new materials, methods, and tools to improve existing processes and/or equipment.
3.了解生產(chǎn)過程，以確定與產(chǎn)品性能相關(guān)的關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)。
Understand production processes to identify key process parameters affecting product performance.
4.支持制造部門每天對制造過程進(jìn)行故障排除。
Support the manufacturing department in daily troubleshooting of production processes.
5. 編制并維護(hù)更新現(xiàn)場技術(shù)文件。
Prepare and maintain up-to-date on-site technical documentation.
6. 根據(jù)需要協(xié)助生產(chǎn)部門培訓(xùn)操作人員、技術(shù)人員。
Assist the production department in training operators and technicians as needed.
7. 在新設(shè)備的調(diào)試和調(diào)試過程中提供技術(shù)支持。
Provide technical support during the commissioning and startup of new equipment.
8. 負(fù)責(zé)壓裝過程監(jiān)控，維護(hù)設(shè)備參數(shù)穩(wěn)定性。
Be responsible for monitoring the pressing process and maintaining equipment parameter stability.
9. 分析解決生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問題，提供產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量
Analyze and resolve quality issues during production to ensure product quality.
10.調(diào)試壓裝設(shè)備及機器人軌跡，確保生產(chǎn)各項指標(biāo)達(dá)成。
Calibrate pressing equipment and robot trajectories to ensure production targets are met.

任職資格和要求 Qualifications and Requirements
1. 機械、工程及相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷.
Mechanical,engineering and related major ,with bachelor degree or above;
2. 具有三年或以上裝配工藝經(jīng)驗，有一定的機器人調(diào)試經(jīng)驗，
3 years or more assembly process experience . Have some experience in robot debuggjing
3.熟練的手工操作技能及現(xiàn)場問題解決能力，
High skills of operation by hand and site issue solving;
4.了解機械加工知識；
Know the mechanical machining knowledge;
5.良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊合作精神；
Good communication skills and team-working spirit;
6.英語流利；
Fluent English skills;
