崗位職責(zé)：
1、In the new project phase, as quality team member of the APQP project to conduct quality planning and controlling during project phase.

2、Participate in the risk assessment of product development, process development, identify risks in the quality area, and follow up the implementation of preventive measures.
參與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，過程開發(fā)的風(fēng)險評估，識別質(zhì)量領(lǐng)域風(fēng)險，追蹤預(yù)防措施實(shí)施。
3、Lead the define, review and implementation of new product reliability test plan, and varify the test report after the test was completed.
主導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品可靠性測試計劃的制定，評審及實(shí)施，測試完成后實(shí)驗(yàn)報告的確認(rèn)。
4、Participate in the review of the outputs from all phase of the project, and do a good job in quality risk assessment and controlling.
參與項(xiàng)目各節(jié)點(diǎn)輸出物的評審，做好品質(zhì)風(fēng)險評估和把控。
崗位要求：
1、College degree or above, 1 to 3 years quality-related working experience in automobile industry.大專以上學(xué)歷，1到3年汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷
2、Deep Knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG 5 quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
對 IATF 16949 和 AIAG 5 種質(zhì)量工具（SPC、MSA、FMEA、APQP、PPAP）有深入了解
2、Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese，中英文說寫流利
3、Good presentation & communication skills，良好的表達(dá)和溝通技巧
4、Good team player with strong initiative，團(tuán)隊協(xié)作，工作主動性強(qiáng)。
5、Can accept overseas business trips according to work needs.根據(jù)工作需要能接受海外出差。
