Main Duties:
· Required to keep the Chairman/CEO, COO appraised of all project deliverables in a timely manner.
· Lead cross-functional teams and manage global projects through all phases, from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables align with strategic objectives.
· Launch and manage productive infrastructure projects in China, achieving on-time delivery within budget and quality assurance targets.
· Perform budget management, including tracking project costs and ensuring financial deliverability.
· Conduct risk management by identifying potential project risks, implementing preventative measures, and managing issue resolution.
· End-to-end project management for the strategic scale-up to a 150 MWh lithium-ion cell production facility, responsible for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to specified quality and capacity targets.
· Lead the planning and execution of the entire production facility relocation from the current site to the new Shanghai Industrial Area, minimizing operational downtime and ensuring a seamless transition.
· Develop and manage detailed project plans for both the scale-up and relocation, encompassing all aspects including facility specification, layout planning, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and qualification.
· Define and track critical project metrics for the 150 MWh facility, including CAPEX, operational readiness, production ramp-up curves, and workforce planning per category.
· Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (including R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, EHS, and Quality) to ensure all technical and operational requirements are integrated into the new facility's design and layout.
· Manage all external stakeholders for these projects, including equipment vendors, construction firms, logistics providers, and local government bodies, to ensure alignment and mitigate risks.
· Ensure all new and relocated facilities and processes are established in compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
· Manage project team performance, fostering motivation and ensuring effective team collaboration.
· Navigate project reviews and gate processes, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of all project deliverables, including design reviews and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.
· Deliver comprehensive status reports to top management and stakeholders at regular intervals.
· Utilise the relevant project management tool utilised in DESTEN
· Responsible for engineering and contractor team duties and tasks.
· Responsible for project team’s budgets.

· Ensure all new and relocated facilities and processes are established in compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
· Support the development of the supply chain roadmap, including the technical assessment and qualification of white-label manufacturers and component suppliers for the new unified product platforms.
· Provide technical expertise and content for the new flagship showroom, demonstrating the advanced capabilities of the powertrain and charging technology to customers and partners.

Minimum Qualification:
· BEng Degree in Electrical Engineering.
· A relevant project management Accrditation
Minimum Years of Experience
7 plus years in project management for complex infrastructure development projects, preferably in Battery, Solar, or Semi-conductor industries.
Type of Experience:
