崗位職責(zé):制定區(qū)域市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃,統(tǒng)籌品牌定位、目標(biāo)客群分析及核心市場(chǎng)策略;
Develop the annual marketing plan, coordinate brand positioning, target audience analysis, and core market strategies;
調(diào)研區(qū)域汽車市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)(新能源車占比、競(jìng)品動(dòng)態(tài)、政策環(huán)境等),提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐的決策建議;
Research regional automotive market trends (including the proportion of new energy vehicles, competitor dynamics, policy environment, etc.), providing data-driven decision-making recommendations;
負(fù)責(zé)品牌形象落地,策劃并執(zhí)行品牌活動(dòng)(如新車上市、品牌體驗(yàn)日、車展等);
Oversee the implementation of brand image, plan and execute brand activities (such as new car launches, brand experience days, auto shows, etc.);
監(jiān)督區(qū)域廣告投放、媒體合作及公關(guān)傳播效果;
Monitor regional advertising placements, media collaborations, and the effectiveness of public relations communications;
開(kāi)發(fā)本地化傳播內(nèi)容(短視頻、圖文素材等),提升品牌在區(qū)域市場(chǎng)的聲量;
Create localized communication content (short videos, graphic materials, etc.) to enhance brand visibility in regional markets;
主導(dǎo)線上營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)(電商平臺(tái)、直播、社交媒體等),提升線索收集量與轉(zhuǎn)化率;
Lead online marketing campaigns (e-commerce platforms, live streaming, social media, etc.) to increase lead generation and conversion rates;
監(jiān)控線上數(shù)據(jù)(CTR、ROI、用戶畫(huà)像),優(yōu)化投放策略和內(nèi)容方向;
Track online data (CTR, ROI, user profiles) to optimize advertising strategies and content direction;
設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)代理商商的營(yíng)銷工具包(話術(shù)、手冊(cè)、活動(dòng)模板),賦能終端銷售;
Design marketing toolkits for dealers (scripts, manuals, activity templates) to empower end-point sales;
指導(dǎo)代理商有針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展相關(guān)活動(dòng)或合作,增加品牌曝光率,開(kāi)拓更多潛在客戶;制定并管控市場(chǎng)預(yù)算,評(píng)估投入產(chǎn)出比,優(yōu)化資源分配;
Collaborate with store managers to implement targeted activities or partnerships, increasing brand exposure and attracting more potential customers;Develop and manage the marketing budget, evaluate return on investment, and optimize resource allocation;
管理代理商市場(chǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)(策劃、設(shè)計(jì)、執(zhí)行等),協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部合作方高效推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目。
Manage the marketing team (planning, design, execution, etc.) and coordinate internal and external partners to efficiently advance projects.
任職要求:5年及以上汽車行業(yè)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備新能源品牌或4S店市場(chǎng)部管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
At least 5 years of marketing experience in the automotive industry, with preference given to those with experience in new energy vehicle brands or 4S dealership marketing management;
市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、工商管理、汽車工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields;
對(duì)新能源汽車行業(yè)趨勢(shì)敏感,具備競(jìng)品分析能力;
Sensitive to trends in the new energy automotive industry, with the ability to conduct competitive product analysis;
具備豐富的媒體資源(汽車垂直平臺(tái)、KOL、本地生活號(hào)等)和供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Possess extensive media resources (automotive vertical platforms, KOLs, local lifestyle accounts, etc.) and supplier management experience;
對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)敏感,優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力和邏輯分析能力;
Data-sensitive, with excellent data analysis and logical reasoning skills;
