Key Responsibilities ? Provide advice and counsel on a variety of legal issues during the business activities (sales, procurement, claim management etc.) and factory operation. ? Bachelor’s degree in law; LLM or equivalent postgraduate legal qualification preferred. ? 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with commercial legal business partner experience in multinational company. ? Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex legal issues and translate into simple, effective and pragmatic guidance for internal stakeholders. ? Track record of independently providing high-quality and timely results on a wide variety of commercial matters. ? Good business acumen and solution orientated. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English. ? Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and global business environment. ? High attention to detail ?
