應(yīng)收應(yīng)付資金CPA中國(guó)注冊(cè)會(huì)計(jì)師財(cái)務(wù)/審計(jì)/稅務(wù)

Bank Account Management:
-
Manage the daily operations of company bank accounts,
including maintenance of account information and online banking (net banking)
activities.
-
Perform timely and accurate bank statements.
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with
banks.
-
Foreign Exchange Operations:
-
Prepare and submit declarations for foreign currency receipts
and payments related to import/export activities, in strict compliance with
government regulatory requirements.
-
Provide support and guidance on compliant foreign exchange
settlement methods tailored to the company's various international trade
models.

Government & Statistical Reporting and Audit Supporting:
-
Contact window as government statistics function.
-
Accurately prepare and submit company statistical data
reports as required.

Provide active assistance during internal and external audit
processes by preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries
-
Inter-company Accounting:
-
Clearing and reconciliation of accounts receivable between
group companies.

Ensure inter-company balances are accurate and up to date.

Employee’s travel and expense claim checking:
-
Support AP to check the employees’ travel claim sheets to
make sure the original invoices and supporting documents are complied with the
requirements of internal and external policies

Qualifications and Skills
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-
At least 3 years’ working experience as an accountant.

Solid understanding of bank account management and processes.
-
Practical knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and
procedures in China (e.g., SAFE regulations) is highly desirable.
-
Proficiency in using financial software (SAP) and Microsoft
Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
-
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively communicate with banks and government departments.
-
Good teamwork and collaboration with cross functional
departments.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
