職位描述
主要職責(zé):
1、開(kāi)展全面的市場(chǎng)分析,識(shí)別藥物開(kāi)發(fā)領(lǐng)域的授權(quán)機(jī)會(huì)和新興趨勢(shì)。
2、系統(tǒng)性地定位、分析并優(yōu)先排序制藥和生物科技領(lǐng)域的潛在合作伙伴/客戶(hù)。
3、主動(dòng)建立、發(fā)展并維護(hù)與關(guān)鍵利益相關(guān)者、決策者和潛在客戶(hù)的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系。
4、與內(nèi)部研發(fā)、項(xiàng)目管理和法務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作,協(xié)助技術(shù)盡職調(diào)查和商業(yè)談判。
5、為業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展活動(dòng)和合作會(huì)議準(zhǔn)備營(yíng)銷(xiāo)材料、演示文稿和資產(chǎn)介紹。
6、主導(dǎo)或支持外部授權(quán)交易的執(zhí)行。
7、代表公司參加業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展會(huì)議、合作會(huì)議和行業(yè)活動(dòng)。
8、持續(xù)跟蹤并匯報(bào)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展活動(dòng)、交易進(jìn)展和市場(chǎng)洞察。
任職要求:
1、生物學(xué)、化學(xué)、藥學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的碩士及以上學(xué)歷,博士?jī)?yōu)先。
2、至少5年在生物科技/制藥行業(yè)研發(fā)階段的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展、投資或戰(zhàn)略咨詢(xún)相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3、在生命科學(xué)行業(yè)的外部授權(quán)、合作開(kāi)發(fā)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4、具備較強(qiáng)的分析和市場(chǎng)調(diào)研能力,擅長(zhǎng)使用幻燈片展示數(shù)據(jù)。
5、出色的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠建立信任并影響利益相關(guān)者。
6、要求具備商務(wù)水平的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面表達(dá)能力。
7、積極主動(dòng),結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,能夠獨(dú)立或作為跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)一員高效工作。
Key Responsibilities:
1.Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify licensing opportunities and emerging trends in drug development.
2.Systematically map, profile, and prioritize potential partners/customers across pharma and biotech sectors.
3.Initiate, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential clients.
4.Work closely with internal R&D, project management, and legal teams to facilitate technical due diligence and business negotiations.
5.Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and asset profiles for business development activities and partnering events.
6.Lead or support the execution of out-licensing transactions.
7.Represent the company at business development meetings, partnering conferences, and industry events.
8.Continuously track and report on BD activities, deal progress, and market insights.
Qualifications:
1.Master’s degree or above in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields; PhD preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in biotech/pharma business development, investment, or strategic consulting during R&D stage.
3.Demonstrated track record in out-licensing, partnership development, or related experience in life science industry.
4.Strong analytical and market research skills, and skilled at utilizing slides for data presentation.
5.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
6.Business-level fluency in both spoken and written English is required.
7.Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
