一、崗位職責(zé)(Job Responsibilities)
- 聚焦歐美航線,開拓直客群體,了解客戶需求,提供進(jìn)出口國(guó)際運(yùn)輸咨詢、報(bào)價(jià)及定制化方案。
- 收集歐美航線市場(chǎng)信息,獨(dú)立完成銷售目標(biāo),跟進(jìn)訂單及回款事宜。
- 維護(hù)歐美線穩(wěn)定直客資源,定期拜訪跟進(jìn),建立長(zhǎng)期合作關(guān)系,推動(dòng)訂單增量。
- 定期提交銷售報(bào)告及預(yù)測(cè),向管理層匯報(bào)業(yè)績(jī)與市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì)。
- 遵守公司制度,做好業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制,參與培訓(xùn)提升專業(yè)能力。
- 協(xié)助開展市場(chǎng)推廣,提升公司歐美航線及傳統(tǒng)物流市場(chǎng)影響力。
- Focus on Europe and North America routes, develop direct customers, understand their needs, and provide import and export international transportation consulting, quotation and customized solutions.
- Collect market information of Europe and North America routes, independently complete sales targets, and follow up orders and payment collection.
- Maintain stable direct customer resources of Europe and North America routes, visit and follow up regularly, establish long-term cooperative relations and promote order growth.
- Submit sales reports and forecasts regularly, and report performance and market trends to the management.
- Abide by company systems, do a good job in business risk control, and participate in training to improve professional capabilities.
- Assist in marketing promotion to enhance the company's market influence in Europe and North America routes and traditional logistics.
二、任職要求(Job Requirements)
- ??萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷,國(guó)貿(mào)、物流、報(bào)關(guān)貨代等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
- 3年以上物流/貨代行業(yè)獨(dú)立銷售經(jīng)歷,重點(diǎn)具備歐美航線銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉歐美市場(chǎng)。
- 擁有歐美線穩(wěn)定直客資源,有歐美進(jìn)口業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
- 外資物流公司背景者優(yōu)先,熟悉外資企業(yè)運(yùn)作模式。
- 熟練掌握傳統(tǒng)物流知識(shí),了解相關(guān)法規(guī),具備良好職業(yè)素養(yǎng)。
- 英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫流利(四級(jí)及以上優(yōu)先),可與國(guó)外客戶無(wú)障礙溝通。
- 溝通談判能力強(qiáng),有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神和責(zé)任心,能承受較大工作壓力,目標(biāo)感強(qiáng)。
- 可接受國(guó)內(nèi)外出差,積極開展市場(chǎng)開拓。
- College degree or above, major in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Declaration and Freight Forwarding is preferred.
- More than 3 years of independent sales experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry, with focus on Europe and North America routes sales experience and familiarity with European and American markets.
- Having stable direct customer resources in Europe and North America routes, experience in Europe and North America import business is preferred.
- Candidates with foreign-funded logistics company background are preferred, familiar with foreign-funded enterprise operation mode.
- Proficient in traditional logistics knowledge, understanding relevant laws and regulations, with good professional quality.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (CET-4 or above preferred), able to communicate with foreign customers without obstacles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to work under great pressure, with strong sense of goal.
- Able to accept domestic and foreign business trips and actively carry out market development.
