崗位職責:
 1.Conducting interviews with industry experts, including medical doctors, scientists and academic professionals.
 2.Gather and analyze a wide range of market data to identify emerging trends and potential customers by utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making. 
 3.Create detailed reports and engaging presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to internal stakeholders. This includes synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support organizational objectives. 
 4.Writing research-based content to discuss scientific theories, trends, and news in the biotech industry focused on cell and gene therapy, antibody development, and more. 
 5.Planning content creation, publications, and short-form content such as social media posts.
 6.Assist with product-related content creation and responsible for English-content proofing. Participates in manuscript development and supports the design of research protocols and application notes. 
 7.Keeps updated with breaking news in science and has a strong understanding of content that our target audience wants to learn about. 
 8.Develop a project plan for material upkeep to ensure all material is kept up to date.
 任職要求:
 1. Professional background in biology, medicine, or bioengineering, with a Masters Degree or above.
 2. Have at least 3 years of work experience in product marketing, market researcher, science journalism, public communications, or technical writing. 
 3. Have good product understanding, demand analysis, market insight, and market planning skills;
 4. Fluent in English. Capable of communicating in Chinese (preferred).
 5. Strong document and PPT organization skills;
 6. Strong communication and expression skills, high team collaboration.
