外貿(mào)跟單專員（閥門）

崗位職責：
1. 協(xié)調(diào)開立信用證等關于執(zhí)行合同的商務操作；
2. 督促供貨商按照合同要求組織生產(chǎn)和交貨；檢查供貨商的生產(chǎn)進度，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)可能導致重大延誤的情況并協(xié)助公司內(nèi)部相關部門采取應對措施；
3. 根據(jù)實際生產(chǎn)情況，協(xié)助公司內(nèi)部質(zhì)量部門安排產(chǎn)品檢驗；
4. 根據(jù)實際備貨情況，協(xié)助公司內(nèi)部相關部門“租船訂艙”，協(xié)調(diào)供貨商發(fā)運貨物；
5. 督促供貨商準備交貨文件并協(xié)助公司內(nèi)部相關部門檢查文件的形式和內(nèi)容；
6. 完成領導交辦的其他工作；

任職要求：
1. 國際貿(mào)易從業(yè)經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
2.有外貿(mào)、跟單、項目處理經(jīng)驗，了解鋼管，管件，法蘭，閥門的產(chǎn)品知識。
3.至少3年石化管道工作經(jīng)驗，熟悉閥門產(chǎn)品，熟悉國內(nèi)制造商
4.良好的英語聽說讀寫能力
5. 熟練使用辦公軟件，EXCEL等；
6. 為人正直，具有良好的職業(yè)道德和敬業(yè)精神；
7. 吃苦耐勞，積極主動，執(zhí)行力強，良好的團隊合作精神。
8. 對應聘者的外語要求：英語六級以上、若熟悉小語種如西班牙語者優(yōu)先。

Expeditor

Main duties:
· Responsible of the coordination of all the commercialoperation on the contract execution such as Letter of Credit issue.
· Responsible for the delivery time of the supply, monitoring production on the base of fabrication schedule issued by Suppliers, anticipate possible delays and cooperate with relevant department for take countermeasures.
· Verify that the Suppliers/Sub-Suppliers follow schedule strictly and cooperate with Quality department to ensure provide qualified products to the clients.
· Coordinate with quality department for the final inspection or loading inspection.
· Coordinate for the delivery of the cargo with logistic department or nominated forwarder for cargo collection;
· Monitor sand urges vendors to submit the final shipping documents and ensure the validity of the documents.
· Complete other work assigned by superior.

Qualifications Requirements:
· Relevant experience on International trade experience is preferred.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills and cost conscious.
· Familiar with computer skill, EXCEL, WORD and other office software.
· Bachelor’s degree or Above.
· Good English ability, writing and speaking.
· Positive initiative, good execution andhigh integrity with team spirit.
