Key Responsibilities:
1.Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products
2.Ensure compliance with quality standards, drawings, and specifications
3.Develop and follow inspection and test plans (ITP)
4.Identify defects and non-conformities and report them clearly
5.Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions
6.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test results
7.Work closely with production, engineering, and suppliers
8.Ensure adherence to safety, ISO, and regulatory requirements
9.Monitor quality performance and suggest process improvements
10.Participate in audits (internal and external)

Educational Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/science
Experience Requirements:
1.Entry-level to 2+ years of experience in Quality Control
2.Fresh graduates may apply for junior QC roles

1.Measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
2.Inspection checklists and test reports
3.Quality tools (7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA – basic knowledge)
