to be responsible for the climatic testing, A/C testing, FGS/Sled testing, wiper testing as request from customers, including drawing up test plan, centralizing test resources, conducting test process, recording test results, writing test results etc. to complete the relevant test facilities investment as plan and follow the status. to manage the safety issues in your responsibility accordingly.
Key Tasks:

1. To align and draw up test scope (bumper pendulum test/ head impact test/ wiper test/ A/C test…), time plan, testing proposal with clients related to body & trim workshop
2. To track accomplish status. Provide necessary support if the commission couldn’t finish in time
3. To conduct test activities on component or whole vehicle
4. To conduct HW exchange and SW adaption as requested
5. To prepare the test, incl. set up test benches, layout sensors, generate sub-tasks, and other activities
6. To optimize test process based on Volkswagen standards or the problems found in the test
7. To generate test results report, incl. test commission info./ test activities/ test pictures/ test data/ test problems
8. To manage the safety issues in the test area, incl. the daily check or periodic check
9. To complete the relevant test facilities investment and manage the equipment after investment, incl. the task load/ problems solving and maintenance
10. To manage the certificate issue, incl. the certificate from WOB or government for the test benches

Qualification and skills：

1. At least bachelor degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electric/Electronic or related areas.
2. ? Familiar with testing in climatic testing, A/C testing, FGS & Sled testing, wiper testing and relevant tools such as CANoe/ODIS;
3. ? 3 to 5 years working experience , better in VW Group
4. ? Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding
5. ? Thel electric vehicle high voltage operation certificate (EFfft, EFK) is a plus;
6. ? Team working and good communication skill in English (writing and speaking), German is desired
