As an Operation Specialist, you need to 作為物流操作專員，您的工作職責：
· To create/complete shipment details in our
internal operation system （CW1） and create files for shipments.

· To coordinate with all involved parties and organize transport based on the customer promise, obtain necessary shipping documents where required, escalating discrepancies as required.
按照客戶意愿，協(xié)同第三方物流供應商安排相關運輸，并為運輸制作相關文件。
· To monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and service suppliers as well as ensuring strong data quality is available for timely and generate report to customers if required.
對第三方物流供應商以及船公司的服務，進行實時地監(jiān)督，并向客戶以及相關同事匯報運輸狀態(tài)。
· To review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions including clarifying any deviations/conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance, rate / routing information into consideration.

· To issue and accurately submit/issue all required documentation (issue carrier / agent BL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices) on required timeframe.

· To ensure departure confirmations (or deviations v. scheduled) are shared with involved parties.
確保將貨物離港信息準確無誤地傳達給相關人員。
· To release B/L as per Financial Guidelines + working instructions.
嚴格遵照公司財務指導以及上級領導指令，安排電放提單給相關人員。
· To check and verify incoming supplier invoices, including initiating + resolving any rate discrepancies.
負責對第三方供應商的成本發(fā)票進行核對，并向上級領導反饋有爭議的費用。
· To support and resolve claims and disputes. 配合上級領導解決客戶以及海外公司的投訴。
Your skills and experiences 您需要具備的條件：
To be successfully, you have to be familiar with operation procedures of air, ocean, warehousing, railway and road transportation.
作為一名合格的物流操作專員，您需要熟知航空，海運，倉庫管理，鐵路及道路運輸流程。?Beside this you have the capability to be a good communicator - both written?and verbal - with an understanding of international cultures.
您需要具備超強地溝通和表達能力，尊重理解國際不同的文化差異。
Additional:
· you should have at minimum 2-3 years working experience in a logistics industry; 如有2-3年物流及相關行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗為佳。
· Hard working, responsible, good teamwork spirit, great time management and accept 具備勤奮努力負責的工作態(tài)度，良好的團隊合作精神。
