Roles and Responsibilities：
AS 34 project
a) Analysis A surface in terms of checklist and give suggestion to PE.
b) Check ALV concept feasibility for each new project and give suggestion to PE.
AS 100 & AS 7 project
a) Accomplish 3D structure design for AS100 project and can provide suggestion to team.
b) Modify 3D data in terms of PE input and give suggestion to PE.
c) Create new 2D drawing in terms of master drawing.
d) Modify 2D in terms of PE input.
e) Participate TFC and optimize structure with supplier.
f) Participate DR and optimize structure with team.
g) Release data in PLM with no Red Q check.
CAD digital
a) Extract good work method for Catia secondary development.
b) Extract or collect suitable feature for master feature development.
People development
a) Summary LL and do sharing in team.
b) Do training for new or junior CAD engineer.
c) Recognize advantage and disadvantage of junior CAD engineers and guide them growth.
Others
a) Lead junior CAD engineer to accomplish AS 100 & AS 7 project.
b) Attend new technology development with D team and accomplish 3D & 2D in terms of PE input.
c) Balance CAD resource among AS 100,AS 34 and AS 108.
d) Continue to optimize working efficiency.
