Job Title: BAU Support Staff Responsibilities: ? Drive the daily resolution of production issues, including analysis and troubleshooting of common incidents. ? Coordinate day-to-day communications with stakeholders, including clients as well as internal BAs, developers, and QA team members. ? Ensure all production issues are addressed and resolved within agreed SLAs. Requirements: ? Strong English communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with both clients and internal teams. ? Excellent learning ability and adaptability to new environments; capable of handling issues with flexibility. ? Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline. ? 1–2 years of development experience (Java experience is a plus). ? Good understanding of databases. ? Candidates without development experience will also be considered if they have BA or QA working experience
