Job Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of national-wide trade marketing plan/activation program.
2. Strengthen sales team and distributors’ capability through branding and instore activation training.
3. Utilize the consumers/shoppers/Nielsen data to work out the proper trade marketing and activation program.
4. Monitor distributors’ inventory report and 3rd party retail reports to come up with the promotion suggestion to sales team.
5. Work with brand manager to ensure new thematic or product launch successfully.
6. Monitor the Retail Selling Price of E-Commerce channel and ensure the Recommended Selling Price (RSP) is in line with principle.
7. Control the trade marketing budget, help China Managing Director to control sales expenses.
8. Understand market and competitors’ situation and come back suggestion to better Capri Sun’s performance.
9. To support sales team to approach potential National Key Account (NKA) customers.
10. Update the instore activation guidebook and ensure sales team and distributors are fully implement it in market.
11. Conduct market visits in key areas to improve the merchandising excellence and in-store promotion, etc.
Job Requirements:
1． Have 3+ years’ experience in planning supermarket activities or engaging in offline promotion activities in FMCG industry and food/ beverage category is preferred.
2． With keen market insight and strong plan and executive ability, familiar with the operation and management of supermarket stores.
3． Have strong analytical and planning skills.
4． Good communication, influence and coordination skills, responsive, able to deal with emergencies
5． Have strong leadership and willing to take responsibility.
6． Good presentation skills, effective verbal and written communication skills.
7． Passionate, creative and driven personality.
8． Proficient in both English and Chinese.
