職位概述:
作為一名現(xiàn)場服務(wù)工程師,您將成為我們實施部不可或缺的一部分,與全球技術(shù)主管緊密合作,并與我們的硬件和現(xiàn)場服務(wù)團(tuán)隊協(xié)作。您將確保在全球快節(jié)奏的環(huán)境中,我們的解決方案能夠無縫部署并獲得持續(xù)支持。
主要職責(zé):
●部署與實施: 安裝和配置傳感器、終端和相關(guān)硬件,確保在制造環(huán)境中成功部署。必須能夠管理300公里服務(wù)區(qū)域,并完成每日任務(wù)。
●技術(shù)支持與故障排除: 提供現(xiàn)場或遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)支持,高效診斷和解決硬件問題。
●數(shù)據(jù)管理: 清理、導(dǎo)入并協(xié)調(diào)客戶工裝數(shù)據(jù),確保準(zhǔn)確性和一致性。
●跨職能協(xié)作: 協(xié)調(diào)現(xiàn)場人員、技術(shù)團(tuán)隊和銷售團(tuán)隊之間的溝通,確保一致性和無縫交流。
●持續(xù)改進(jìn): 收集現(xiàn)場反饋,協(xié)助改進(jìn)實施流程。
職位要求:
●國籍: 中國
●居住地: 廣東省,東莞優(yōu)先
●教育背景: 擁有工程學(xué)、信息技術(shù)、計算機(jī)科學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位,或技術(shù)認(rèn)證和/或技術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)位。
●工作經(jīng)驗: 5年以上在電信、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、能源、制造或汽車等行業(yè)擁有相關(guān)現(xiàn)場服務(wù)或硬件安裝和故障排除經(jīng)驗者高度優(yōu)先。
●專業(yè)素養(yǎng): 期望通過Google Apps每天向總部管理層匯報、提交詳細(xì)工作報告、管理項目進(jìn)度和個人物流。必須擁有私人交通工具以往返工作現(xiàn)場。
●身體素質(zhì): 必須能夠熟練使用電動工具和切割金屬。愿意并能夠長時間站立工作,并能夠舉起20公斤重物。
●精通 Microsoft Excel、PowerPoint、Word和Google應(yīng)用程序。

2個月試用期后轉(zhuǎn)為全職

Position Overview:
As an IoT Field Service Technician, you will be an integral part of our Implementation Department, working closely with the Global Technical Lead and collaborating with our Hardware and Field Service teams. You will ensure seamless deployment and ongoing support for our hardware solutions in a global, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
●Deployment & Implementation: Install and configure sensors, terminals, and related hardware, ensuring successful deployment in manufacturing environments. Must be capable of managing a service area of 300km and meeting a daily hardware installation quota.
●Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide on-site or remote technical support to diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently.
●Data Administration: Clean, import, and harmonize OEM tooling data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
●Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between the site personnel, technical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
●Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from the field to help improve deployment processes.
Qualifications
●Nationality: Chinese
●Legal Residence: Guangdong Province, preferably Dongguan
●Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a technical certification and/or a polytechnic degree.
●Work experience: Relevant field service or hardware installation and troubleshooting experience in industries such as telecommunications, IoT, energy, manufacturing, or automotive is highly valued.
●Professional acumen: Is expected to communicate daily to the head office management via google apps, submit detailed work reports, manage project schedules, and personal logistics. Must possess a personal vehicle to transport themselves to the work site.
●Physical profile: Must be capable of handling power tools skillfully and cutting metals. Willing and able to work on feet for long periods of time and lift 20kg.
●Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and all G suite apps.
Duration:
Full-time after a 2-month Probation Period
Language Requirements (Fluency and/or proficiency in English and Chinese).
●English (intermediate): The working language of the company and our clients.
●Chinese (native): The language of the work site.
