The Opportunity
We are looking for an NPI / Production Manager to take our interactive hardware product from engineering prototypes to mass production. Based in [shenzhen] with regular travel to manufacturing partners, you will own the entire production introduction process — from tooling and factory setup through pilot runs to full-rate production. This is a critical role that bridges our engineering team and the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities
NPI Ownership: Lead the New Product Introduction process from EVT builds through DVT, PVT, and mass production ramp.
Factory Management: Manage the relationship with CM/ODM partners — factory selection, capability audits, production scheduling, and ongoing coordination.
Tooling & First Articles: Drive injection mould tooling development, manage T0–T2 sample approvals, and conduct first-article inspections.
BOM & Cost Management: Own the production BOM, drive cost-down initiatives through component substitutions and value engineering, and manage vendor negotiations.
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain build schedules, factory booking, component lead-time tracking, and logistics coordination.
Quality Assurance: Define factory acceptance testing procedures, manage production test fixture deployment, and establish IQC/OQA standards.
Yield Management: Track production yield, lead root-cause analysis on failures, implement corrective actions, and drive yield improvement targets.
Certification Builds: Coordinate sample builds for toy safety, EMC, and battery certifications — managing timelines and submission logistics.
ECO Management: Evaluate engineering change orders for production impact and coordinate implementation across tooling, inventory, and factory processes.
Pilot Production: Plan and execute pilot runs to validate the complete manufacturing process before committing to mass production.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in NPI, production engineering, or manufacturing programme management for consumer electronics.
Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
Proven experience taking a product from prototype through to mass production, ideally at volumes of 10,000+ units.
Strong understanding of injection moulding, electronics assembly (SMT, wave soldering), and product packaging processes.
Experience managing CM/ODM relationships in Asia — factory audits, production scheduling, and quality management.
Knowledge of production test development — electrical test fixtures, functional testing, and firmware flashing.
Familiarity with toy safety certifications and EMC certification processes.
Experience with BOM management, cost analysis, and value engineering.
Strong project management skills — able to track multiple parallel workstreams across engineering and factory teams.
Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities.

我們正在尋找一位新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入/生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)將我們的互動(dòng)硬件產(chǎn)品從工程樣機(jī)推進(jìn)至量產(chǎn)階段。該職位常駐【深圳】，并需定期前往制造合作伙伴處出差，全面負(fù)責(zé)整個(gè)生產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入流程——從模具開發(fā)與工廠建設(shè)，到試產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證，再到全面量產(chǎn)。這是一個(gè)連接我們工程團(tuán)隊(duì)與工廠生產(chǎn)一線的關(guān)鍵核心崗位。
主要職責(zé)
● NPI統(tǒng)籌管理： 主導(dǎo)新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入全流程，涵蓋EVT工程驗(yàn)證、DVT設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)證、PVT生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證直至量產(chǎn)爬坡各階段。
● 工廠管理： 管理與代工廠/ODM合作伙伴的合作關(guān)系，包括工廠選擇、產(chǎn)能評(píng)審、生產(chǎn)排期及日常協(xié)調(diào)。
● 模具與首件管理： 推進(jìn)注塑模具開發(fā)，管理T0至T2樣品審批，并執(zhí)行首件檢驗(yàn)。
● BOM與成本管理： 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)BOM管理，通過元器件替代與價(jià)值工程推動(dòng)降本舉措，并開展供應(yīng)商談判。
● 生產(chǎn)排期： 制定并維護(hù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃、工廠排期、零部件交期跟蹤及物流協(xié)調(diào)工作。
● 質(zhì)量保證： 制定工廠驗(yàn)收測(cè)試流程，管理生產(chǎn)測(cè)試治具部署，建立IQC/OQA質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
● 良率管理： 跟蹤生產(chǎn)良率，主導(dǎo)不良品根本原因分析，實(shí)施糾正措施，推動(dòng)良率提升目標(biāo)達(dá)成。
● 認(rèn)證樣品管理： 統(tǒng)籌玩具安全、EMC及電池認(rèn)證所需樣品的制作，管理送檢時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)與提交物流。
● 工程變更管理： 評(píng)估工程變更單（ECO）對(duì)生產(chǎn)的影響，并協(xié)調(diào)模具、庫存及工廠流程的變更落地。
● 試產(chǎn)管理： 規(guī)劃并執(zhí)行試產(chǎn)，在正式量產(chǎn)前完成完整制造流程的驗(yàn)證。
任職要求
● 擁有 5年以上 消費(fèi)電子行業(yè)NPI、生產(chǎn)工程或制造項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● 英語與普通話流利，能夠在雙語環(huán)境中高效溝通。
● 具備將產(chǎn)品從樣機(jī)階段推進(jìn)至量產(chǎn)的完整實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，理想情況下量產(chǎn)規(guī)模達(dá) 10,000件以上。
● 深入理解注塑成型、電子組裝（SMT、波峰焊）及產(chǎn)品包裝工藝流程。
● 具備在亞洲地區(qū)管理代工廠/ODM合作關(guān)系的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括工廠審核、生產(chǎn)排期與質(zhì)量管理。
● 熟悉生產(chǎn)測(cè)試開發(fā)，包括電氣測(cè)試治具、功能測(cè)試及固件燒錄。
● 了解玩具安全認(rèn)證及EMC認(rèn)證流程。
● 具備BOM管理、成本分析與價(jià)值工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
● 具備出色的項(xiàng)目管理能力，能夠同時(shí)跟進(jìn)工程與工廠團(tuán)隊(duì)的多條并行工作線。
