Role Overview
The Digital Workplace Specialist (L3) is responsible for delivering
advanced support and administration for Microsoft 365 services and
ensuring a seamless digital collaboration experience across the
organization. This role also involves managing related digital workplace
tools like Zoom, Proofpoint etc.,
Key Responsibilities
? Advanced Support & Troubleshooting
o Handle escalated incidents and service requests for Microsoft
365 applications (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams,
OneDrive, etc.).
o Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
for recurring issues.
? Administration & Configuration
o Manage O365 tenant settings, security policies, and
compliance configurations.
o Configure and maintain Exchange Online mail flow, hybrid
setups, and retention policies.o Administer Teams governance, SharePoint permissions, and
OneDrive storage policies.
? Monitoring & Optimization
o Monitor system health and performance using Microsoft tools
and third-party solutions.
o Optimize licensing usage and recommend cost-saving
measures.
? Security & Compliance
o Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory
requirements.
? Project & Migration Support
o Assist in O365 migrations, upgrades, and integration
projects.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new deployments
and enhancements.
? Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
o Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes,
and troubleshooting steps.
o Provide guidance and training to Level 1 and Level 2 support
teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Technical Expertise:o Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, PowerShell
scripting, and Azure AD.
o Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams,
and OneDrive administration.
? Certifications:
o Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
(preferred).
? Experience:
o 5+ years in IT support with at least 2 years in O365
administration at L3 level.
? Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation
skills.
Additional Skills (preferred)
? Basic experience with Zoom administration (user management,
meeting/webinar settings).
? Knowledge of Intune or other endpoint management tools.
? Knowledge on Proofpoint management.
