機(jī)加工工藝燒結(jié)工藝混料工藝工藝設(shè)計(jì)新品導(dǎo)入(NPI)工藝改良英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)熟練
Core responsibilities :
1. The engineer must choose the right process parameter according to product's requirement, and the same time designing related molds and tools for production line
2. Take responsibility to continue improving product's performance\quality and reducing cost by optimizing process parameter, manufacture process and applying new technology.
3. To cooperate with quality team and solve the manufacture process problem in site,
4. To cooperate with cross function such as R&D and product engineers to design new product's manufacture process, the engineer will be full responsible for full process in plant.
5. New product localization coordinate with affiliates and channel team.
Qualification Requirements:
1.Typical Education Level:
Bachelor's degree with Engineering background
2.Relevant experience, knowledge and skills:
1 year + process working experience.
Proficiency in CAD software and fluent English is a plus.
3.Preferred personal characteristics:
