崗位職責:
1、收集潛在客戶及市場的信息,與客戶進行良好地溝通,理解、洞察目標客戶的潛在需求,并及時反饋、整理錄入系統(tǒng)并提交給原粉銷售經理;
Collect the information of potential customers and market information, communicate well with customers, understand and insight the potential needs of target customers and timely feedback, sort out the input SALESFORCE and submit to the NS Sales Manager.
2、根據(jù)年度計劃,完成個人銷售指標并及時回收應收款項;
In accordance with the annual plan, achieve personal sales targets and recover receivables in a timely manner.
3、訂單全流程的跟進及服務,客戶反饋問題處理等;
Follow up the whole process of order and service, handle the customer feedback problem , etc.
4、開拓新市場,發(fā)展新客戶,增加產品銷售范圍;
Explore the new markets, develop the new customers.
5、管理維護客戶關系以及客戶間的長期戰(zhàn)略合作計劃;
Manage and maintain customer relationship and long-term strategic cooperation plan between customers.
6、完成上級交辦的其它任務。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任職資格:
1. 三年以上相關工作經歷
At least 3 years relevant working experience.
2. 熟悉木薯淀粉、玉面淀粉工業(yè)渠道
Be familiar with industrial channels of cassava starch and sweet potato starch
3. 工作積極、主動,具有敏銳的市場洞察力,善于進行客戶分析,能承受一定的業(yè)績壓力,良好的溝通協(xié)作能力,善于團隊合作。
Proactive, keen insight into the market, good at customer analysis, able to work under pressure.Responsible, careful, good communication skills
