CADCNC沖壓工藝汽車零部件
職位設(shè)置的目的/General Function:
- 按生產(chǎn)計劃，檢查清單和指導(dǎo)說明完成模具的保養(yǎng)和調(diào)試任務(wù);
- 對損壞的模具進(jìn)行正確的維修，清潔和調(diào)試，并記錄損壞或破損的模具;
- 做好工位及車間的5S工作;
主要工作職/Main Responsibilities:
1-遵守制度，正當(dāng)使用公司設(shè)施;
2-健康安全承諾;
3-保持個人衛(wèi)生整潔;
4-保證出勤率&準(zhǔn)時率;
5-第一時間優(yōu)質(zhì)完成工作和模具維修保養(yǎng)的過程控制;
6-遵守模具維修技術(shù)員的職責(zé);
7-倒班時工作場所整理和保持;
8-模具的維護(hù)和保養(yǎng);
9-配合生產(chǎn)員工對設(shè)備的日常點檢保養(yǎng)，并填寫設(shè)備保養(yǎng)表;
10-工位區(qū)域的“5S”保持;
11-工藝問題和可疑物料及時溝通;
12-嚴(yán)格遵守“車間現(xiàn)場管理、文明生產(chǎn)管理制度”、“安全生產(chǎn)管理制度”，搞好文明生產(chǎn)、安全生產(chǎn);
13-對操作員現(xiàn)場技術(shù)指導(dǎo)并負(fù)責(zé)配合沖壓班長督導(dǎo)操作員嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行操作規(guī)程和加工工藝；跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)線出現(xiàn)的制程、來料異常等，尋求改善方法及時給予解決并制出處理方案，確保生產(chǎn)正常進(jìn)行，提高生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)線直通率；保證模具運(yùn)行處于良好狀態(tài)；收集并記錄每一個工具的故障和維修信息;
14-協(xié)助沖壓主管做好模具備件及易耗品的管理，提供相應(yīng)的信息并錄入系統(tǒng);
15-記錄/報告異常情況；協(xié)調(diào)解決生產(chǎn)過程的問題，按時完成任務(wù);
16-遵守公司各項EHS管理制度;
崗位特性/ Nature of the Position:
1、崗位人對所有異常事件向模具部協(xié)調(diào)員匯報。
2、崗位人愿意在企業(yè)必要的情況下，倒班工作。
3、除了以上任務(wù)，崗位人員還有責(zé)任執(zhí)行企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指令完成其它的必要工作。
任職資格/Job Requirements：
-中專以上學(xué)歷;
-有鉗工經(jīng)驗，能看懂機(jī)械裝配圖紙;
-三年以上模具維修經(jīng)驗;
-有CAD制圖經(jīng)驗的優(yōu)先;
-機(jī)械加工工藝知識：車削、銑削和磨削；
-具備數(shù)控編程和車削、銑削及電火花加工機(jī)床操作經(jīng)驗；
-學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng);
-自主性;
-責(zé)任心強(qiáng);
-以結(jié)果導(dǎo)向;
-以細(xì)節(jié)為導(dǎo)向;
-具有合作的團(tuán)隊精神;
