Lead Service Engineering Projects That Drive Industry Innovation
Join us as a Service Engineer and take the lead in delivering exceptional service for pulp mills across China. Your responsibilities
Lead on-site installation and commissioning of equipment in pulp mills, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with Sales teams to identify opportunities and prepare technical solutions for Mechanical and Chemical pulp projects.
Respond quickly to customer needs, providing feasible solutions with support from cross-functional teams.
Coordinate service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance based on Valmet standards.
Document project progress, report findings, and share recommendations to improve service offerings.
Expectations for you
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Equipment & Control Engineering.
5–7 years of experience in manufacturing or equipment maintenance within the machinery or pulp industry.
Proficiency in English (oral and written) for effective communication with global colleagues.
Skilled in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, or Inventor.
Ability to manage complex site work and travel frequently.
