崗位描述 YOUR TASKS
1, 負(fù)責(zé)日常管理測試工站，保障測試工站正常運(yùn)作；Be responsible for daily test equipment management to ensure its normal operation for mass production.
2, 接受德國等測試開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)提供的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，不斷提升自身能力，并將所學(xué)技能分享給其他同事；To accept the technical training provided by German testing development team, etc.

3, 負(fù)責(zé)測試工站整個(gè)生命周期的工作，從前期項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃階段一直到后續(xù)日常量產(chǎn)階段；Be responsible for whole life cycle of the test equipment, from the early stage of project planning to the subsequent daily mass production stage.
4, 為新項(xiàng)目開發(fā)提供技術(shù)支持：分析需求，制定規(guī)格，配合開發(fā)，接受培訓(xùn)，執(zhí)行驗(yàn)收，導(dǎo)入量產(chǎn)；To provide technical support to new project development phase: project demands analysis, machine specification development, development status tracking, to take technical trainings, to perform machine acceptance, to introduce new test equipment into mass production.
5, 為日常量產(chǎn)提供技術(shù)支持：績效跟蹤，故障處理，不良分析，持續(xù)改善，保障運(yùn)行，培訓(xùn)同事；To provide technical support to mass production phase: test equipment production performance tracking, machine trouble shooting, failure analysis, continuous improvement, to ensure normal production running smoothly, to provide training to other colleagues.
任職資格 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1, 精通PLC編程或者NI LabWindows CVI, LabView, Microsoft C++等；Be good at PLC programming, or NI LabWindows CVI, LabView, Microsoft C++, etc.
2, 兩年及以上的電氣設(shè)備和測試工站維修維護(hù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；Two years working experience in electrical equipment and test equipment maintenance or above.
3, 較強(qiáng)的上手處理問題能力；Strong hands-on skills.
4, 本科及以上學(xué)歷（軟件工程，計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)，電子等），英語良好；Bachelor’s degree (software, computer science, electronics), fluent English in both oral and written.
