一、工作職責(zé) / Core Job Responsibilities
負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品注塑導(dǎo)入與前期可行性評(píng)估；
Responsible for new product injection molding introduction and preliminary feasibility evaluation;
調(diào)試注塑機(jī)及輔助設(shè)備參數(shù)，解決產(chǎn)品缺陷；
Debug parameters of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, and solve product defects;
解讀模具圖紙，參與供應(yīng)商模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)審；
Interpret mold drawings and participate in supplier mold structure design review;
編制工藝文件（WI 等），應(yīng)用 DoE、PFMEA 等工具，監(jiān)控 FPY/OEE/PPK&CPK 等指標(biāo)；
Compile process documents (WI, etc.), apply tools like DoE and PFMEA, and monitor indicators such as FPY/OEE/PPK&CPK;
主導(dǎo)工藝參數(shù)釋放與設(shè)備驗(yàn)收流程。
Lead process parameter release and equipment acceptance processes.
二、任職要求 / Job Requirements
本科及以上學(xué)歷，材料成型、機(jī)械、高分子材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Materials Forming, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Materials or related fields preferred;
3 年以上注塑經(jīng)驗(yàn)，5 年以上優(yōu)先，具備注塑工藝專長(zhǎng)；
At least 3 years of injection molding experience (5+ years preferred) with expert skills;
熟悉注塑機(jī)（ENGEL 等主流品牌優(yōu)先）結(jié)構(gòu)、原理及輔助設(shè)備操作；
Familiar with structure, principle and operation of injection molding machines (ENGEL or other mainstream brands preferred) and auxiliary equipment;
能讀懂模具圖紙，熟練使用 3D 結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)軟件；
Able to read mold drawings and proficient in 3D structural design software;
掌握 DoE、PFMEA、PPK&CPK 等工具及工藝 / 設(shè)備驗(yàn)收流程；
Proficient in tools like DoE, PFMEA, PPK&CPK, and process/equipment acceptance processes;
動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)，團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作佳，結(jié)果導(dǎo)向，有高度責(zé)任感；
Strong practical ability, good teamwork, result-oriented and high sense of responsibility;
基本英語(yǔ)讀寫能力，可與德國(guó)總部及海外工廠郵件溝通（加分項(xiàng)）。
