2.1 Scope
Corporate & Special Salse Operation Support
· Regional Facilitation & SSA Approval & Data adjustment
- Regular region communication, supporting
- Dealer application approval incl. Account, Pre-application, Claim
- Collect and reorganize the adjustment application of dealer, and feedback them timely if the document and system is wrong
- Feedback dealer enquiries about system data adjustment
- Apply to IT for data adjustment on daily basis
· Special case management
- Public email management, incl. notification email preparation
- Dealing with appeal cases, check the information with different departments for case verification
- Follow up on invoice re-issue
- Set special cases in SSA
- Consolidate and update special case rules
· Quality Check
- Regular check the sample claim in every document
- Maintain the check result and reason
- Report the check result if necessary
- Follow Onsite check if necessary
- Invoice OCR Check
· Associate Car Purchase Program handling (application facilitating, employee consultation, system maintenance)
- Collect and reorganize the application, and follow up the whole signing workflow
- Maintain the Special Sales Application in system
- Feedback dealer and employee consultation
- Communication with HR if necessary
· VIP and Media program handling (application facilitating, employee consultation, system maintenance)
- Collect and reorganize the application, and follow up the whole signing workflow

- Communication with PR/KAM if necessary
· Data analysis and daily monitoring for the 3rd party document checking service as contact person
- Assigned claims to 3rd Party
- Feedback 3rd party enquiries about claim approval & special cases
- Collect daily & weekly claim reports
· Corporate employee sales Program-Customer qualification verification
- Feedback 3rd party enquiries about housing fund and social insurance verification
- Customer qualification application approval in system
Data Tracking & Analysis
· Quality case consolidation and follow up
- Summary and consolidate quality cases, keep it updated in public folder
- Analyse reset & reject reason from claim reports to optimized the process
· Quota monitoring and business steering
- Monitor quota on monthly basis
- Remind region quota usage if necessary
- End customer analysis of leasing company
· Dealer change management
- Update dealer change information and
- Consolidate and update dealer contact list regularly
2.2 Service Qualifikation / Requirements
- Bachelor or above
- more than 2 years working experience, at least 1 year of sales operation / management related experience
- Experience in auto industry or B2B business is preferred.
- Very good understanding of sales business processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Power point
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and self- disciplined
