內(nèi)部審計外部審計
崗位職責:
1. Responsible for all audit activities and full coverage of audit fields considering statutory and regulatory as well as internal requirement. Planning and monitoring of audits in the relevant audit fields.負責所有審計活動及審計領域的全面覆蓋，包括法定、監(jiān)管及內(nèi)部要求。規(guī)劃并監(jiān)督相關審計領域的審計工作。
2. Steer and conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, systems and processes across the whole operations of SAL, including investigations and fraud audits.指導并開展審計工作，評估光束整體運營中內(nèi)部控制、系統(tǒng)及流程的有效性，包括調(diào)查及欺詐審計。
3. Develop and implement audit standards and processes, considering legal and regulatory requirements, the company′s risk as well as results of previous audits.制定并實施審計標準和流程，考慮法律和監(jiān)管要求、公司的風險以及先前審計的結果。
4. Act as lead auditor, including planning, preparing and conducting audits as well as drafting the audit report.擔任首席審計師，包括計劃、準備和開展審計以及起草審計報告。
5. Communication with external stakeholders, such as shareholders, external auditors and regulatory bodies.與外部利益相關者建立溝通，如股東方、外部審計師和監(jiān)管機構。
6. Report audit results, areas for improvement and recommended measures to the SAL Board of Management and come to an agreement regarding management actions and implementation timelines.向光束管理委員會報告審計結果、改進領域及建議措施，并就管理行動及實施時間表達成一致。
7. Ensure that identified risks have been addressed. Timely follow-up that agreed management actions have been implemented according to the respective planning.確保已識別風險得到妥善處理。及時跟進已達成一致的管理行動是否按計劃實施。
8. Lead and manage the team of internal audit department, including the recruitment and onboarding of new team members and knowledge management to assure the required process and audit knowhow.領導并管理內(nèi)部審計部門團隊，包括新成員的招聘與入職培訓，以及知識管理，以確保所需流程及審計專業(yè)知識的傳承。
任職要求:
1. Minimum 10 years of work experience in different functions and divisions in automotive industry.至少10年在汽車行業(yè)不同職能部門和業(yè)務領域的從業(yè)經(jīng)驗。
2. A minimum of five years of professional experience in internal auditing and/or compliance.至少5年內(nèi)部審計或合規(guī)領域的專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗。
3. In-depth knowledge of internal audit methodologies, especially the plant audit.對內(nèi)部審計方法論有深入了解，尤其擅長工廠審計。
4. Successful international assignment or project and proven working experience with intercultural teams.成功完成國際項目或任務，并具備與跨文化團隊合作的豐富經(jīng)驗。
5. Strong analytical skills to understand complex processes and summaries respective results in a clear and comprehensive way. Strong communication skills.具備強大的分析能力，能夠理解復雜流程并以清晰全面的方式總結相關結果。同時具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力。
