POSITION OVERVIEW:
職位概述：

Responsible for expense report review, cross charge, financial reporting process and annual budget, forecast preparation. Perform variance analysis of actual vs. planned results. Provide financial analysis/advice to management to enable them to make strategic business decisions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Standard reporting including weekly, monthly, and year-end financial reporting submission.

Expense Report review and Cross Charge.

Perform P&L and BS variance analysis of actual vs. planned results.

Pricing & profitability planning and analysis.

Strategic plan / Budgeting / Forecasting reporting and tracking.

Actively drive and support the business in executing budget plan and exceeding targets.

Anticipate business financial needs and issues and take initiative to resolve before they impact operating results.

Collect, analyze and produce reports of various financial information for management review and decision making.

Conduct special studies/projects and recommend solutions.

External and internal audit support.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

職位要求：

Degree in Accountancy with minimum of 5 years of experience and high English Level, 會計學(xué)位，至少5年工作經(jīng)驗，英語水平高。

CPA certificate is preferred, and in a manufacturing environment. 有注冊會計師證書者優(yōu)先，并在生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中工作過。

Good knowledge of general accounting/ cost accounting / budgeting and forecasting. 熟悉一般會計/成本會計/預(yù)算和預(yù)測。

Knowledge of GAAP, internal control procedures, local and U.S standards operation procedures. 熟悉美國通用會計準(zhǔn)則（GAAP）、內(nèi)部控制程序、當(dāng)?shù)睾兔绹鴺?biāo)準(zhǔn)操作程序。

Highly competent in financial analysis. Must have thorough understanding of business and financial operations. 精通財務(wù)分析。必須對業(yè)務(wù)和財務(wù)運作有透徹的了解。

Highly capability in learning new knowledge, system and policies. 具有很強的學(xué)習(xí)新知識、新系統(tǒng)和新政策的能力。
