Responsibilities:
  ? Analyze large and rich datasets; drive insights from data to diagnose the root cause behind trends and ultimately improve our user experience.
  ? Design and create metrics to measure customer engagement with products (flows, pages, features, etc.) and product health.
  ? Develop, improve and systemize crisp & accurate reporting. Streamline processes and identify/execute on automation and time-saving opportunities.
  Requirements:
  ? BA/BS in Statistics, Computer Science, or other related field.
  ? Sound business judgment and quantitative analytic ability.
  ? Be able to communicate in English clearly and effectively.
  ? At least 2 years hands-on work experience in data analytics or data science, with a focus on product analytics.
  ? Strong SQL programming with multi-year hands-on experience;
  ? Experience in at least one programming language (eg. R, Python, Hive, Java, Scala/Spark or Perl etc).
  ? Experience in visualization tools (eg. Tableau, R shiny etc).
  ? Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, knowledge of large scale MPP database architecture or proficiency with R or Python is a plus.
