1. 收集顧客需求，包括圖紙，工程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，供應(yīng)商手冊(cè)及相關(guān)文件，歸檔相關(guān)檔案；

2. 從銷(xiāo)售部獲取RFQ之后進(jìn)行可行性分析及成本計(jì)算；

Conducted feasibility analysis and cost calculation after obtaining RFQ from the sales department;

3. 為新項(xiàng)目編制可作為客戶(hù)具體關(guān)注事項(xiàng)的分析或初步建議的報(bào)告或演示文稿；

Prepare reports or presentations for new projects that can be used as analysis or preliminary recommendations for specific customer concerns;

4. 依據(jù)APQP從項(xiàng)目定點(diǎn)到給生產(chǎn)部交接之間的項(xiàng)目管理工作；

Managing the project from nomination to handover according to APQP procedure;

5. 組織團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)客戶(hù)的PPAP審核進(jìn)行迎審。

Leading the team to prepare for the PPAP audit from customer.

6. 愿意給部門(mén)經(jīng)理和其他部門(mén)全力的工作支持，可以其他臨時(shí)的、加急的及額外的合理工作委派。

Can meet urgent work requirement and temporary work assignments, and will give full work support to manager and other departments.

Effectively managing the project with planned deliverables meeting requirements of customer;
3. 提高項(xiàng)目管理的效率，尤其是APQP程序文件規(guī)定的KPI指標(biāo)（PPAP樣品按時(shí)交付率）。

任職要求：
Professional Profile：
1. 機(jī)械工程或類(lèi)似領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)教育背景；
Relevant educational degree within the mechanical engineering or similar area;
2. 有汽車(chē)行業(yè)工程師的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Proven work experience as an engineer in automotive industry;
3. 使用AutoCAD有實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Hands-on experience with Auto CAD;
4. 熟練運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的工具；
Proficient in using project management tools;
5. 熟練的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力；
Proficient English language skill;
6. 有國(guó)外工作或?qū)W習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Abroad work or study experience is preferred;
7. 有PMP或類(lèi)似證書(shū)者優(yōu)先；
PMP or similar certification is preferred;
8. 參加過(guò)IATF16949、APQP、PPAP培訓(xùn)；
Having been trained in IATF16949,APQP and PPAP;
9. 良好的溝通技巧和抗壓能力。
