1. Manage the School Office's landline phone (6000/6001), ensuring that inquiries and messages related to School Office are handled promptly. 2. Lobby Management: Oversee the lobby area, attending to all face-to-face inquiries from parents, students, and visitors, providing assistance and information as needed. 3. Check-In and Check-Out Procedures: Facilitate the check-in process for late students and the check-out for students leaving early. This includes sending separate notifications to the teaching team and bus team to ensure smooth transitions. 4. Lost & Found Management: managing all lost items and tidy up them in a timely manner; send preliminary report to address their lost items; Disposal of unclaimed items. 5. Checking and responding to school office mailboxes and handling student/parent applications and communication matters; 6. Implement any visitor entry requests and coordinate with meeting invitations. 7. Monitor and manage attendance records for YW/YC campuses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with school policies. 8. Translation Services: Handle the majority of translation requests to support clear communication within the school community. 9. School ID Cards Production: Produce various cards and permits for students and parents, including student ID cards, parent and guardian cards, private car permits, and etc. 10. Manage the production of secondary student permits, including walking passes for leaving campus/bus stops and early leave permits. 11. Mail and Delivery Services: Provide school mail services and manage delivery for urgent items/ECE. 12. Any SO related supports.
