Job Responsibilities:
1. Design products that meet customer requirements, including custom projects, while ensuring cost efficiency, simplified management, and product standardization from the initial planning stage.
2. Create engineering drawings for designed components, assign unique identification numbers to each drawing (one number per drawing), and compile Bills of Materials (BOM). Develop and maintain product material codes.
3. Address and resolve production abnormalities promptly by accurately identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
4. Participate in the design of new products, including aspects such as appearance, craftsmanship, and structure, based on project requirements.
5. Independently prepare technical proposals and contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements:
1. Proficient in fundamental mechanical product design principles and capable of independently designing components and parts.
2. Familiar with mechanical product design processes and essential technical elements.
3. Skilled in using design software such as SolidWorks and CAD.
4. Thorough understanding of engineering drawing standards and representation methods; knowledgeable in tolerance and fit principles.
5. Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office suite; experience with Photoshop is a plus.
6. Knowledgeable about mechanical manufacturing automation.
7. Innovative mindset with strong communication and coordination skills; adept at identifying and resolving issues.
8. Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and a strong team player.

2，零件設(shè)計完成后，進行工程圖紙繪制，并對圖紙進行編號，做到一圖一號，編制BOM;產(chǎn)品物料編號的編寫與維護:
3，處理生產(chǎn)異常問題，能準確迅速的分析問題并解決;
4，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的項目要求參與新產(chǎn)品的外觀工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)等方面的設(shè)計。
5，獨立制作技術(shù)標，參與制作商務(wù)標
6，完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他事務(wù)
入職要求:
1，掌握機械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計的基本知識與要領(lǐng),能獨立進行零、部件的設(shè)計。
2，熟悉機械產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計程序和基本技術(shù)要素
3，熟練使用solidworks、cad等設(shè)計軟件
4，熟練掌握工程制圖標準和表示方法，掌握公差配合要領(lǐng);
5，精通使用電腦，熟練使用office等辦公軟
件，會使用photoshop更佳
6，了解機械制造自動化的相關(guān)知識;
7，具有創(chuàng)新思維，良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)能力，善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題;
