OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide a high level of Support for the systems within the Group with a focus on the Shanghai office and the vessels that it manages. Provide regular updates and statistics to Shanghai management and Group IT management.
Work within the structure of the IT department and maintain a professional level of behaviours. Work within the SLAs of external and internal customers.
Continually provide excellent customer experience to both internal and external customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS:
? Hardware Support for V.Group Shanghai Office and Vessels
?Point of contact for Shanghai Vessels and Group Vessels berthing in China
?Supporting all V.Group Business Systems, these include in house applications and off the shelf applications used by V.Group onshore and onboard.
?Provide telephone and remote support as part of the global team.
?Working within the ServiceDesk system to update users during the lifecycle of the request and resolve or escalate as required.
?Active Directory support
?Vessel Attendance and Remote Support
?O365 Administration
?Work within SLA laid down by IT management
?Working at specified set agreed hrs to cover business needs
?Reporting to Line manager on daily tasks / issues
?Strictly adhere to the policies and procedures put in place by the V.Group VMS and IT policy documents.
?Act as a resource for Group projects
?Support on Shanghai office management related matters as required
SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
ESSENTIAL:
·Windows Server / Desktop Support
·Azure Active directory
·Shareppoint Administration and support
·O365 Application support
·CET-6 certification

·2 years similar previous experiencein an IT support role
·Network Support
·Exposure to cloud based applications
·Vessel Support Experience
