3. Align safety requirements between company and customer and that company employees adhere to these including new hire, and visitor safety training and orientation and training/ownership of safety including but not limited to:
a. Monthly SAFE message delivery, training & tracking for 100% completion.
b. LOTO training for their specific site for new hire and recertification.
c. Includes EHS test bench training.
d. Understand company and customer EHS procedures and policies and mentor new hires in these policies.
e. Fall protection, and Fit testing
f. Safety PR’s and implement SA’s and manage to completion for account.
g. PPE/LOTO inventory management.
h. EHS metrics tracking for their site and personnel – OSHA safety man-hours roll up for account (if applicable) and communicate metrics to your team.
i. Coordinate mandatory safety training(customer/company ) and track attendance till full completion and recertification for all Lam resources.
4. Perform daily RMBWAs and site protocol audits as appropriate
5. Ensure all the safety equipment is available/certified/calibrated within timelines
6. Provide new hire and site visitor safety orientation, ensure completion of site-specific training, conduct job hazard analysis-JHA for new hire and when introducing an FSE to a new tool set. Review and adjust on annual basis.
7. Coordinate annual occupational health check, Office safety & ergo audit
8. Ensure all safety retrofits are managed and implemented in a timely manner
9. Track EHS metrics for the site and issue weekly report to stakeholders
10. Coordinate monthly SAFE meeting for all lam resources at your site
11. Assist company EHS with investigation of any site safety incidents/first aids
